Old beds, no shower liners, TV in queen bed bedroom didn't work. Not enough towels

The condo was clean and we didn't have any pets. We stayed during colder climate and the heater worked fine except it didn't seem to warm the main living area whereas the bedrooms got hot. The worst part was check-in. The door lock code we were provided did not work. We drove 8 hours from Florida which put our arrival at 8:00 p.m.and trying to reach someone/human was impossible. The contact phone number we were given was to some other property manager who obviously couldn't help us. When we contacted someone at VRBO there was a terrible language barrier due to the person speaking very broken English and he also put us on hold for better than 12 minutes. After several texts back and forth with the AI program we were finally given a door lock code that worked. Overall it took us almost an hour to finally get into the unit.

The key code did not work when we arrived. The wifi code did not work. But other than that, everything else was good.

This property was in a good Location and the place met all our needs. The AC was amazing.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location is great and being right on the river is very nice. Property could use a little updating (flooring is a bit rough) but it was clean and a wonderful place to stay.

OK, we knew there was no washer or dryer, we can deal with that, but 1 set of towels for 5 days? Couldn't get internet to connect to our phones so we called and they had us reboot the router. This didn't work and now the bedroom TV wouldn't connect even with the saved password. Called again and we were told the tech guys were working on it. A day later we called again and they said someone would come out to fix it. Never happened. The front door has a jimmied lock so it doesn't always catch when closing the door, have to turn the door knob to make sure it is shut before locking it. Kitchen florescent lights don't turn on. Refrigerator light is not working. Grab handles to showers are missing or coming out of the fixture. Not enough silverware in the drawer. You really need a local handyman to provide reliable followup. I just didn't see any local support and when making phone calls I felt we got excuses and false promises. I'm sorry, I rarely make poor reviews but we stayed at this property a year ago up on the 2nd floor and didn't have these issues. Overall, the building is older so we don't expect perfection but everything should be in working order.

Perfect place to stay for Oktoberfest. Close to everything, clean and quiet. Check in was quick and easy. We would book again without question

A simple little apartment right on the river, very cozy. Easy walking distance to down town. Great value!

There is no direct water access, the living area furniture needs to be replaced badly. The couch has a hole you sink into and the padding is completely gone in the arms. The chairs in the living area are very uncomfortable. The front bedroom has no curtains and is very bright at night even with the blinds. There is also missing floor trim between rooms that was replaced with a type of tape. There is water damage in the middle bathroom that makes it very uninviting. I would not recommend this unit if you want comfort and direct water access for your stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Walking distance to everything. Tubing within walking distance and mountain roller coaster across the road and town not far from walking distance. Plenty of places to eat. Place was super clean. Nice to have three full baths. We took a small dog which was nice. Accommodations were great for a long weekend. Only negative we found was there was no washer and dryer but could be because they're replacing them. Not sure. I would recommend this place to my family and friends

This unit is Location Location. You can park and walk. It is a little dated but had all the necessities you need for a stay with the exception of washer/dryer. The Park and Cool River tubing are right up the road. And it is pet friendly.
