Dog-friendly waterfront condo with full kitchen, furnished deck and river views

Awesome place!

Nice quiet place over looking the river. Short walk into town.

The using was good no issues at all. Only thing that could be improved on is some sound proofing as the walk way echos loudly in the bedrooms. Had to ask a few neighbors to keep the noise down.

Brought wife to see Helen (been 30 years) for a Ranger camp open house in Dahlonega. Alot had changed. Everything was as advertised, however extremely noisy! street noise and adjacent apartment noises till midnight or 1am. Stairwell was right above bedroom. So not much sleep to say the least. other than that, as advertised.

Loved the location. Wished the living room had enough seating for everyone.

My wife and I went to Helen for Oktoberfest. This condo is located right on the river and a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Great location with walking distance to everywhere. Loved the deck overlooking the water also loved the playground right next-door for the kids.

This home was a last minute booking and turned out to be awesome and just what we needed. It was not overpriced like so many are these days it was affordable without being in a play of concern for safety. It could do with some updates in bathrooms but other than that it meet our needs. We were a family of 4 with the kids being 2 adults so the double beds in 2nd bedroom gave them some much needed catch up time! Air Conditioning was awesome it wasn’t stuck in 75/72 like some of the places we have stayed and we were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic food needs. It had a regular coffee pot so could enjoy it when ready!! The outside space was a plus you could set and watch the tubers float down the Chattahoochee or even venture in the water itself. Location was so close we could actually walk to cool tubes/ big daddy’s/ dollar store/ putt putt golf and the Bodnese Restaurant this place for walking distance was one of the best features!! Definitely saving this location for future visits absolutely loved it!!!

Property was clean and cozy deck and spacious.Right beside the river is amazing and the Property is walking distance to everything plus it's pet friendly my 2nd trip here in less than a year and hopefully be back for Octoberfest.

We loved having access to the river and being able to walk to everywhere.

We have stayed here in the past and had hoped to return again in the future. The location is perfect - right on the river and within walking distance of everything in town. Enough beds and bathrooms for a large family. Very clean and comfortable beds. Amazing water pressure (but not much hot water - so be quick in the shower!) However, our ac went out the 3rd night we were there and even through I contacted customer service multiple times, it was never fixed. Needless to say, we are not happy with our experience. I contacted customer service again once we returned home to see if they could make it right - I asked for a 1 night refund - and they have not responded to my request. So...the home is great, but the customer service really needs some work.
