The condo was exceptional and very clean! My family and I stayed 3 nights and it was comfortable for a family of 6. We enjoyed the community pool and the view from the condo.

The three flights of stairs definitely gets old pretty quickly, so make sure that you are aware. It’s quite the hike each time you go up and down. It was comfortable and clean. I made quite a few notes for the homeowner and hoping that they will take them seriously and do something about the washer and dryer in particular. The washer was terrible. It was not draining and spinning the clothes dry. They were soaking wet and we had to do multiple loads and figure out which buttons to push to get it to actually do its job properly. Kind of the same thing with the dryer, we would check after 70 minutes and the clothes wouldn’t be dry. It was very frustrating.The kitchen had one measuring cup. The knives did not cut, and I mean literally did not cut anything. The garbage disposal stopped working. My husband had to find tools and fix it in order to get it going again . So the kitchen really needs a lot of help. The cooking pans are tiny and warped. I was pretty surprised by the lack of the kitchen given the pictures in the description of the property.The beds were comfortable and like I said it was clean and we didn’t have any other issues with the house other than what I mentioned.We would not go back unless the washer and dryer was fixed and we probably would look for something on the main level instead of third level to be honest.

This property was beautiful and very well decorated. It reflected a peaceful and relaxing feeling. The view from the indoor patio was beautiful. My family and I had a great time! This was our first time to SunsetBeach, and I am sure we will be back!

I can't adequately express how beautiful and serene this property is. The location was very quiet with great views of the golf course and water. This unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay, or for a fun getaway with family. The host is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The only bad part about my stay was the fact that I had to leave. Lol. It was perfect! I highly recommend Diamonds & Pearls...it really lives up to it's name. I look forward to staying there again.

Host was very attentive and the condo was in excellent condition.

Nice accommodations! Some dishes were not cleaned properly and remote for master bedroom did not work. We never did gain access to second pool but first small pool was fine. We did bring our pets and paid for pet fees but neighbor under us complained about the noise of our animals while the couple next door beside the condo was exceptionally nice and understanding.We enjoyed our stay with the exception of this rude neighbor below. Immaculate but didn’t realize it was on the third floor. My husband has a heart condition making it hard to climb 6 flights of steps. Also lacking toilet paper and paper towels.

The property was very clean and a short drive to Sunset Beach, restaurants, and everything my family and I wanted to do during our stay. Check-in was easy. We did have to wait a little extra to check-in because the cleaning service was running behind. But overall we had a great stay!

Place really felt like home. Not far from the beach and just far enough from the crowds. Place was clean and owners were very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway

Adorable condo, the host was attentive to respond with anything we needed. Also gave us some ideas for places to visit in the area. Never have visited this area before and really enjoyed our stay. Would love to visit again!

The overall facility is nice, pool is great, location is great. The cleanliness was not as good, lots of dust under beds. The blinds on patio entrance need to be fixed, there was a tv in a bedroom that didn’t connect to the wi-fi. I called the owners they were very accessible and nice, but didn’t address the tv while we were there.

It was very clean and roomy. The location was perfect, not crowded, and easy access to golf, fishing, and the beach.

Diamonds & Pearls is the perfect place to book your family VK! The condo is absolutely beautiful and the location is close to Sunset Beach and Myrtle Beach. There is a pool in the community, a beautiful golf course and the host was easy to connect with. Our family loved the decor, their rooms and so did the animals! In the area for a high school graduation. Fit our needs perfectly with rooms and beds and bathrooms. Close to everything we needed.

We had such a great stay. The place is really better than listed. The communication was great. Neighbors are friendly. We never once felt unsafe. The area is very relaxed. Close in location to so many beaches. Not a single bad encounter with anyone. Condo is beautiful and perfect ror our family.

The house was just what we needed. We stayed the weekend for Memorial Day and it was in a great location and we have stayed in sandpipers bay before at a different Vrbo and this was just as nice.

The property was exactly how described. Rueben was great. He was accommodating to a last minute change to our reservation and quick to respond to messages during our stay.

This is a great condo in an excellent location. We rented this unit while waiting to close on a new home build, but I will keep it top of mind for when we have out of town guests that need a place to stay!

Floorplan was great, location was good, development was nice. Condo was in need of a very deep cleaning.

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely, just as pictured. Nice view from porch and beds were comfy. My daughter ran in the local half marathon and the location was perfect for that plus many restaurants within a ten minute drive. We enjoyed our stay!

Diamonds and Pearls is a beautiful Condo right on the 7th hole of the San Piper golf course.From the living room and Master bedroom(which I gave to my 88 yr old dad), you can watch the golfers and the resident alligator.Beautiful view.The Condo was spacious and well equipped with everything you would need. The proximity to sunset beach and our family that live there was very Convenient.Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants close by also.We also enjoyed walking in the San Piper complex, large, safe, and well lit..We had a great month and would consider Diamonds and Pearls again…

We had a great stay. It was my husband & I & our dog. Comfortable king size bed. Quiet golf-side neighborhood. We would stay there again. Appreciated it was pet-friendly, but not “pet-smelly”.

When we checked in the place looked nice. we unpacked everything and sat on couch and saw roaches on wall . then we started to find them in several locations and took pictures. contacted owner and he was out of town and couldn't do anything about it. We stayed less then 2hrs and left and he refuses to give refund. he conducts bad business practices.
