Guests should be aware of the following:

No Smoking Ordinance
Effective February, 15th, 2018, the City of Dana Point has instituted a smoking ban throughout the cities of Dana Point and Capistrano Beach. The only places you may legally smoke in either city are in your car or your personal residence. The nearest city to us that allows smoking is San Juan Capistrano which is 1 mile away. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department will be enforcing this code as fines of increasing amounts will be levied for each infraction.

A certain level of noise may be experienced as the resort is situated off a bustling highway and is in close proximity to a railroad.

This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

You Need to Know

Prior to checking in:
- Front desk operates 24 hours per day, midnight - 7am staffed by security.
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted.
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
- Only one vehicle per accommodation may be parked in underground garages. Additional vehicles must be parked outdoors or off-site.

Alert! Late Arrival/No-Show Policy

All late arrivals must contact the resort front desk if anticipated arrival time will be later than midnight to avoid cancellation. Arrivals after midnight (resort local time) on the designated check-in date will be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation without advance notice.

Alert! AMENITIES ALERT
As part of our efforts to enhance and maintain the resort, the Owner and Member lounges in Phases 1 and 2 will be closed for renovations from April 1–May 31, 2026. During this time, Guests will notice the sights and sounds of construction, but work will be limited to Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thank you for your understanding.
