Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the cleanliness, quality of everything from the condo to the restaurants to the beach and so many families having fun. BUT our 3rd floor condo required us to have access to a working elevator that only worked about half the time and even then it was SOOO SLOW. Probably some leak in the hydraulics. We are in our 70's and had our dog so it was quite miserable when we had to move in, move out and take care of our dog's need for the bathroom. Cinnamon shores tried to fix it but never quite did. I'm hoping they've resolved the problem by now. I think we'd return if we were on the first floor and we had our grandkids :^)

This property did not disappoint. Love this corner unit on the 3rd floor. Felt cozy and private. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and plenty of supplies to get you started. It was cold while we were there, so it was great that all we had to do was order a pizza at Dylan's a stone's throw away. Go there every year. Customer service is truly genuine and love speaking with these ladies. They truly take care of business when you need them. We will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: This is a precious little condo— it was just mom and two 14 yo boys so it was perfect— it is a little walk to the beach but right in the center of town by Restaurant and the lawns...would stay againAnd it was really really clean!!

As someone else may have mentioned, be sure to bring your own beach/pool gear - towels, covered cups, etc. Loved the glimpses of the Gulf from the porch. We will definitely be back!

THE ROOMS WERE EXACTLY AS THE PICTURES SHOW. VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS. I HAVE ZERO COMPLAINTS. FROM THE MOMENT WE STEPPED FOOT ON THE PROPERTY TO THE MOMENT WE LEFT EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. WE RENTED SEVERAL PROPERTIES FOR THE WEDDING AND WEDDING PARTY. NOT ONE PROBLEM WHILE WE WERE HERE. I RECOMMEND CINNAMON SHORES FOR ANYTHING VACATION, GET AWAY OR EVENT YOU HAVE COMING UP. OH AND THE BEACH WAS JUST PERFECT. SHORE LINE WAS CLEAN AND WELL KEPT.
