Stayed Dec 16, 2024Rancho Las Palmas is a beautiful community. It is very well kept and quiet. We were able to go for long walks within the community and usually had the pool to ourselves. We loved how close we were to shopping and activities. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a garage to park our vehicle in was a real bonus.

Stayed Mar 1, 2023Property could use some TLC. We were staying a month and there were no cleaning supplies. Kitchen could be better equipped and we could not relax on back deck because no protection from golf balls. There were a number of things that need repair. It has a lot of potential for long term renters just needs some attention.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022We really enjoyed our stay! It was just a couple of streets over from our friends who were hosting the festivities and really had everything we wanted. Beautifully renovated master bath! It was exactly as pictured, which was awesome. Even though it was really hot, we took advantage of the nearby pools to cool off.

Stayed May 10, 2022This was a very comfortable and cozy condo. It had everything needed for a great vacation. Kim was so easy to get a hold of. Every time I needed to text her she got back to me immediately. Nothing was wrong, we just had questions. We hope to stay at the condo again. Big thanks to Kim.

Stayed Oct 9, 2021Very spacious and comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of towels , etc. Wonderful location right across from the River. The owner is very responsive and accommodating.
