Stayed Mar 23, 2025My husband and I always love coming to Carp from So Cal to visit my Mom in SB. This beach cottage as compared to other VRBOs is a step up in decor! Very comfortable with bohemian style and everything you need in a kitchen. Minimal natural light with no view but, interior lighting is excellent. The upstairs can get a little warm but, having a portable AC was huge! Great location!! Steps to the beach:)) I would definitely stay here again. Danielle was a wonderful host!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024Condo is very nicely done with lots of amenities. Property Manager was very quick to respond and solution-oriented. Bathroom is upstairs off the bedroom. Just be warned it was VERY warm when we were there as there is little airflow in the unit and no central a/c. There is a portable a/c unit upstairs though the power strip it was plugged into kept turning off. Once we fixed that problem the unit kept things a bit cooler. No screens on the windows downstairs so was hesitant to leave them open to allow air flow. Location was awesome and it was a beautiful place. Enjoyed our stay.
