Dana Point Oceanfront Condo - STR14-0090 - Best views and pool

Spectacular view and beautiful home! House has everything you need for cooking and has a great walking score. The location, view, and quietness really hard to beat. Our host was very accommodating, respectful, thorough and timely with communication.

This was the perfect place for me to stay. It was safe, had beautiful views, was relaxing and quiet. The only thing was after the manager had cleaned the unit, the owner had been there with friends prior to my arrival. Therefore, it was a bit disappointing in the cleanliness department. The manager was upset as well, but it didn't take me long to polish and shine and then all was well. There was a closed-up smell (possibly unclean drains) that never went away for the entire week. I placed charcoal and coffee pods along the shower drains and it helped. If this odor problem gets resolved, I would highly recommend staying there. Everything else was fantastic.

We very much enjoyed our stay At your condo, it was very relaxing and enjoyable and loved being steps away from the pool. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. The showers were perfect for my husband who had just had a stroke and needed a walk-in shower. And the ease of getting to the condo from the driveway was perfect ! We hope to return someday.

Our second rental with Carla was as good as our first. Well-stocked, clean, great view, pool, conveniences, restaurants, on and on. Apparently this winter was a cold one for SoCal but heating was fine in the unit. The unit is quiet and neighbors are all considerate. A very comfortable rental with lots of unbeatable trails and options for walking etc, unless of course, surfing is your thing. We'll be renting again.

Property is perfectly clean, renovated 2 bedroom spot. The bed was comfortable, the showers were clean. A great view of the ocean from the common pool area. Two patio doors swing open to get nice airflow and the smell of the ocean air throughout the condo. There is one dedicated parking spot in the driveway for this unit with additional street parking available. The kitchen is well equipped, the tv’s were great. Not a criticism(simply a statement): laundry facilities are pay and in adjacent building. I would stay again!! The host communication and follow up was perfect

Wasn't just clean enough - it was spotless. My wife can't help herself and over-cleans as soon as we get to any rental. It was funny seeing her, a bit dumbfounded, about what to clean - we've never had such a squeaky clean rental. In fact, I'm revising another review as a result of seeing this level of clean. The unit was perfect, and exactly as advertised (and what you see in the pictures). It had every convenience, and fully stocked. Having to share the washer/dryer was not a big issue as it's shared with only the condo owners (I think 4 units, in total). Carla is a wonderful property manager and we have no doubt who we are renting from when we book our next stay. Because of this unit we have a new, and higher standard for our next rentals. The combo is updated, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, and its view of the beach and ocean is spectacular. Highly recommend. Only 2 people are permitted, and no guests are permitted. King bed is very comfortable. No ac needed during our stay. Flickering light above kitchen table was only maintenance issue (not fixed during our stay). Two great restaurants on Dana Point - Whitestone and Luciana’s.

We absolutely loved the location, panoramic ocean and mountain views and friendly neighbors! The Property Manager, Carla, was simply the best! She always answered our calls and texts promptly, even at night. She was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The condo is really cute, spacious, well stocked with basic necessities and far exceeded our expectations in every way! We met some neighbors and they were really cool too. There are sidewalks and beach access very close by.
