AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

Our 2BR/2BA second floor beach condo is perfect for your Port Aransas retreat. We have a very spacious floor plan with our living area open to the kitchen and dining. Our living room has a flat screen TV and cable; the living space also overlooks our roomy covered deck. Our fully equipped kitchen, with designer tile backsplash and all stainless steel appliances, has plenty of storage and counter space for preparing family style meals or snacks for the beach. Both bedrooms are located off the main living area. The primary bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, and full bathroom. Our second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk, full bathroom and flat screen TV.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

High Dune is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering High Dune the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's guests violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

When we had an issue with the ice machine and tv some one came to take care of it quickly!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at cinnamon shore two years in a row. In 2024, it was fantastic the property was basically brand new and you definitely felt like you got your moneys worth based on the condition of the property. This year, you can tell the property has definitely taken a lot of wear after just a year. Our door handle to the front door of the property literally came right off and maintenance couldn’t really do much about it during our stay. The front door had warped due to weather and would close all the way and the key pad was low on battery so it wouldn’t open consistently.

It was very difficult to get in contact with the office. Unable to make calls out for some reason. WiFi service spotty. We had issues with the heater not working and the tv but once we were able to contact the office they repaired it. The office staff is pleasant. Not very friendly. Just expect more from people I guess.

    This was our second time staying at this rental and it continues to be just perfect. We love cinnamon shore and all of its amenities. The condo is clean with all the comforts of home. We just love it!

The location was great because we were close to all of the restaurants and snow cones. We really enjoyed zooming around on the golf cart and visiting all of the pools. The surf camp and beach and umbrella set up were a hit with our girls. We will be back. Thank you!
