Stayed Jun 19, 2022Recently updated condo, new appliances, large flat screen TVs, nice decoration, clean glasses, cups, plates, bowls, and silverware, washer & dryer, short walk to beach, and best host (Kim Hill). Overall, it's a very nice place, and we definitely will go back to Island Dunes.

Stayed Sep 3, 2021Port Aransas is our favorite beach place and Kim's condo was perfect for our stay! Check in and check out was so easy and it's so close to the beach. We hope to stay here again when we can get back, hopefully soon!

Stayed May 16, 2021We had a great stay at 1606. The sectional sofa was so comfy and cozy that I want one for home now. The quick walk to the beach was as hoped for and the upgrades are nice. If you're accustomed to a memory foam mattress, you might want to bring a topper. These beds have old school mattresses. All in all, a great place to stay.

Stayed Apr 29, 2021Overall great experience. Very easy check in and check out. Great communication with the host. Everything was clean, and updated. Couch was super comfortable TVs in every room with Amazon prime in the living room. It had everything we needed. We went with another couple so it would have been better to have a keypad with a code rather than a key to get in but not huge deal just me being spoiled. My only complaint is the beds, we are used to a king size so they were small which wouldn’t have been a big deal but they were very uncomfortable also.
