Cozy Extra Large 1 BR, walk to chairlift, ski in, fireplace, hardwood floors

The host was very accommodating and flexible with our situation. The hospitality is incredible. The location is a short walk to downtown and the gondola. The place had what it describes plus all the small amenities that we used such as the humidifier, all the extra kitchen items, and the fireplace. I would come back.

Convinient location. Close to the lift, easy to get to the mountain. Condo is well maintained, very comfortable. Definately will come back.

Property was well-appointed and cozy. Plenty of linens. Easy walk to town and to lift 7. Can ski all the way back to the unit but it’s a blue/black trail so can be a little hard if you are a beginner. Communication with the host was excellent. We would stay again!

Had a fantastic stay! The space didn’t feel like a typical short-term rental—it felt more like staying at a cool friend’s house. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout, which made the experience even better.

This trip was a gift for my son, and daughter-in-law. They loved the convenience of the location to the gondola ride. They really enjoyed the nature trail walk along the creek behind the property that guided them to downtown. To their surprise, the place did not have AC, but we're from Texas and think HOT all the time. A fan was in the property, but it turned out perfect because the nights were cool to cold and they loved it! (fan wasn't needed) Jennifer was easily accessible to them and responded to all their questions and even suggested some spots. My son really like the travel book that was available to view for fishing trips and whitewater rafting. They had great time and were not ready to leave so they will definitely be back to Telluride. Thank you, Jennifer for allowing them to have a great place to stay, giving them the opportunity to enjoy Colorado for the first time.

Fantastic one bedroom location in downtown Telluride. Close to everything including the Gondola for quick travel to Mountain Village. Host was super attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Great location, highly recommend!

I have been visiting Telluride regularly for the past 20 years, and this space for me was perfect. It was immaculate on arrival, and so much more charming and warm than a traditional hotel type room. Access to the town was easy, as well as just a stone’s throw from Chair 7. Jennifer ( the owner) was so communicative from before, during, and after. I would highly recommend this unit for an individual or couple and I will check availability for future visits. Thank you Jennifer and the Telluride community for another wonderful get away…

If I ever come back to Telluride, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The room was gorgeous, super clean, and accommodating in every way. The king bed was comfortable and we appreciated the ample towels and robes which we utilized. The hostess was also very lovely and excellent with communications throughout our stay. I also appreciated the artwork in the house. In particular, the collection of feather paintings.

The condo had a bit of an odd smell when we arrived. Seemed to dissipate some after a few days. Overall good experience.

It was very clean, and the listing was accurate. It had everything we wanted such as a fireplace, king bed, and full kitchen. The location was perfect!

Jennifer went above and beyond and was very accommodating – one in our party was injured and could not walk, but Jennifer offered and came to give us a ride to dinner. 5 stars and will stay here again on our next trip to Telluride if available. Highly recommend.

Very nice apartment that’s close to the chairlift and town shuttle. The town has several good bars and restaurants. Definitely visit the museum.Apartment owner is very responsive and proactively initiates contact. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

This was the perfect spot to spend the weekend! Five minutes walking to downtown, the gondola, etc. It was very charming, cute, and very cozy. We loved having the fireplace on during breakfast, the bed was super comfy and the shower gets nice and hot. Perfectly cordial and fast communication with the owner as well. Nothing but great things to say!

Only issue we had was obtaining the door key through the lock box. Work crews who stayed up late and noisily monopolized the hot tub area were an annoyance but not the condo owner’s fault, but rather the fault of the property

Great location. Cute place. Hot tub was great. Host was very communicative, however she charged us more than the listed amount making for a stressful check in and time leading up to our reservation hoping it wouldn’t be canceled.

This unit was the perfect size for my husband and me. We cooked meals there and had everything we needed. Very clean, great communication with the owner, nice part of town by the river on the west end. Exterior was not super fancy, but you pay a lot to get that in Telluride. Very good value.

We really enjoyed Jennifer’s sweet spot along the creek. We didn’t get in our car once because we could walk along the creek path to anything we wanted to do, eat out, grab a coffee, hike, shop…She has done an amazing job of renovating a typical condo and making you feel like you’re in a custom cottage. Very tasteful. The hot tub was a welcome spot after steep climbs and sitting by the creek with our coffee were perfect bookends to our days.Check-in and communication with Jennifer was seamless too. And parking was simple and free. Bonus!We will definitely book again!

I agree with other comments about this apartment. The kitchen is well stocked, the LR is comfortable and the king bed is excellent. We stayed in the summer (July) and the unit was a bit warm which was our only concern but we still were able to sleep. And lastly the property manager was very available -

We stayed at Jennifer's place over the 4th of July and it was the perfect home base to enjoy Telluride for the first time! Once we parked the car, we didn't have to use it once during our stay because it was just so convenient to get to anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was cozy and the bed was SO comfortable. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and provided excellent check-in instructions. The frosted windows were a really nice touch - the unit is on the ground floor and there were people walking by all day. Since we were there in summer, we did open the windows to get fresh air and cool down the unit with the only downside being noise from the parking lot and walkways during the day (it was very quiet at night!). The unit was very clean and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked - although prep and storage space was limited. If you are planning on staying in and cooking elaborate meals, you may want to consider a rental wtih a larger kitchen.

Our stay in Telluride was made extra special by this charming location. The river setting was lovely and the space was clean and well kept. Thank you for a great stay!

If you are planning a trip to Telluride-this is the place to stay! Jennifer is amazing (best Vrbo so far) and staff at Mountainside are incredible. It is clean, cozy, has all the amenities and is in walking distance of everything you would need. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful property right next to the creek, hot tubs are amazing… room was very nicely decorated and very comfortable bed!!

Comfortable, clean, walk to the slopes, the grocery stores and restaurants and fully stocked in the kitchen, bathroom and beyond. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying here for a week. Great location right next to the chair and easy access at the end of the day. The kitchen was well equipped. The fireplace was a nice touch for the cooler mornings. We loved the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time to Teeluride! The location was great. You had the option to walk through a parking lot for one ski lift or walk about 7 min down a trail next to a creek to get to the gondola and another ski lift! It was perfect... also that 7 min walk for u to the center of town where you can shop and eat... the place was just as described. Plan to stay again next time we gone:)

I’ve visited Telluride many times and this is the l perfect spot if you want to stay down in town. A short walk from Main Street and the Gondola and right next to the ski lift. Very affordable as well. My wife and I stayed here for 10 nights and had no issues at all. 10/10!

Very cute and clean. We loved the fireplace! Extremely convenient to unpack the car and not have to deal with stairs. The windows look out onto the parking lot, but they have very cute coverings so you don’t feel like you’re in a fishbowl. Great jacuzzi!

Our re-visit to Telluride was memorable. Host Jennifer was friendly and responsive to all inquiries. The rental was perfect for our needs, and the listing was accurate in description.

We enjoyed our stay for a recent ski trip. Communication was excellent, and it was the perfect location--easy access to Telluride town amenities as well as lift 7 access. Great for 2 adults and 2 smaller kids.

Host was very responsive and the property was well-maintained, well-stocked, and very convenient. We very much enjoyed our time staying here and would most certainly do so again. She even brought us some hot tub robes and allowed us to have a late check-out! Both gestures were appreciated and above and beyond! Thank you!

Telluride can be very pricey and I was happy we found a reasonably priced VRBO in a great location. It had all the amenities we needed, very cute, and cozy as well. Would stay again!

We loved our stay in Jennifer‘s condo. It is super cozy and comfortable and has everything you need. The bed and linens and towels are all fabulous. Having a fireplace was the cherry on top! Jennifer is super easy to communicate with and very accommodating! Will definitely stay there again!!

Jen’s property is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a girls weekend in telluride. The condo is part of a cute mountainside inn which has new hot tubs and sits along the river and at the base of the mountain. The place is situated perfectly so that everything in town is walkable… riverside trail, gondola, restaurants, market, etc. My favorite part of the condo itself is the glorious king sized bed, it was sooooo comfortable!

The condo was perfect for two of us. It is very convenient to walk into town and even to hike along the river.
