Cozy Central Glenwood Springs Condo w/ 2 Decks!

Great property and quiet. Easy to walk multiple places!

Perfect for a weekend away with friends. Clean, convenient location and nicely stocked.

The condo was extremely clean with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The location was great. We could walk downtown, along the river, and around town. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive.

This location was perfect, you were only a block away from the main spots in town and could easily walk to the pedestrian bridge to the Hot Springs. Parking behind the building was always available. The house was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfy! The owner was easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

2 adults and our 2 young kids stayed here for a few days while we enjoyed Glenwood Springs. The location is amazing. Just around the block from downtown restaurants and shops. A short walk to the Glenwood Hot Springs pool, and it was easy pulling the kids’ wagon over the pedestrian bridge. The proximity to the firehouse also provided a lucky chance for our kids to go inside the firetrucks and get some free hats and pictures. We did have a few concerns regarding cleanliness of some dishes, and a light fixture issue but the host was very responsive and advised they would send someone out for the light immediately and would follow up with their cleaning crew. Admittedly I didn’t contact them about those items until our final day so we didn’t see the person coming over for repairs during our stay. As long as these items get addressed, I would be very happy to stay here again. It met all of the needs for our family, was comfortable, and so walkable to everything we wanted to enjoy during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back, and I would most definitely recommend this place!

My friend and I usually stay at a nearby hotel; but with the increasing costs there and the unavailability of the two bedroom option, we tried this unit! SO GLAD WE DID!We found it clean, nicely decorated, convenient, and very much enjoyed the upscale decor and the beautiful flower garden out front.Parking sometimes took a couple of go arounds. But easy walk to downtown restaurants, etc.

We usually stay at a hotel; but liked this much better! It is nicely decorated; very clean and well situated in town. Quiet and relatively easy access. My only complaint was there was no facial tissue provided and only one hairdryer which needs to be replaced.

Easy to find, lots of parking and great location. We were able to park (moving the car every 24 hours) and walk everywhere. It was quiet and a great place to have a relaxing trip with friends.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy condo in central Glenwood Springs! The space was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped, making our stay very comfortable. We arrived a bit late on the first day and apologize for the timing, but the smart lock system made check-in smooth and hassle-free. We did our best to keep quiet, tidied up, and then went to bed without any issues, and everything was perfect.However, on the second evening, we did notice the sound of a neighbor’s TV. We weren’t sure whether it was from the unit above or next door, but we could hear it clearly from 6 PM until very late into the night. This was a bit disruptive, especially considering the property’s guidelines specify quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. We were too tired to address the issue with the neighbors or the property management, so we decided to let it go.Overall, we had a great experience and found the condo to be a wonderful place to stay, but we wanted to mention the noise issue. We hope the property can remind future guests and neighbors about the quiet hours to ensure a more peaceful environment for everyone.We highly recommend this condo for its great location and comfortable amenities, and we hope our experience helps future guests enjoy a quieter stay!

This spot is amazing! Great location that's easy to get to with plenty of parking. We walked nearly everywhere - it's so close to the restaurants in town and is even walkable to and from the hot springs! Very clean inside, it smelled great and felt very welcoming. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Glenwood.

The rules were very tight and property was not to same standards. Train arrived early so we went by to drop off bags, within 5 minutes I received email reprimanding early drop off, looked like they would prefer we sit around until official check in time, way too rigid for my taste. Layout was chopped up including 20 foot hallway with 4-5 doors on left leading to bath, bed, laundry and mechanical rooms, light switches were not intuitively located like one could expect from large unit chopped up to make multiple units. One kitchen chair had several legs ready to fall off and nearly caused injury. Other that that great location.

We had a wonderful stay in Glenwood Springs and this property was a perfect place to stay. The location was amazing and we could walk to many different shops and restaurants. It was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable time!!

This was a great location, close to downtown so walking was a breeze. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. Parking was easy, in the back there is a public parking lot. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this for anyone staying in Glenwood!

Love the location and accommodations! Be mindful of the neighbor below and his sensitivity to noise. He and his older mother hear everything. Maybe get some felt sliders on those kitchen chairs to help minimize noise transmission.

Very comfortable and spacious. Excellent location. Lovely gardens in front. Easy parking.
