Stayed Jul 2, 2023My wife and I stayed at this condo for 3 months while looking for permanent housing in the area. This property was the perfect place for us as it is private, fully furnished, and came with all the required necessities to move in right away. PROS: * Easy check, host provided all info to move in on our own * Very clean * The washer and dryers included were perfect for a weeks worth of laundry for 2 people, and we never felt the need to use the paid washers * No unit AC, but there is a portable unit that we set up in the bedroom that worked very well * Close proximity to the beach keeps the house cool all day * Decent sized dishwasher, works well * Small patio, but nice space to hang out * Lots of storage space, huge closet in master bedroom * Parking is close, and there are unmarked spots for guests * Quiet/safe community CONS: * Some of the kitchen equipment was old and beat up, but we had everything we needed to cook about anything we wanted * Kitchen chairs are uncomfortable * Master shower doesn’t drain well * Poor lighting in the guest bedroom Overall, this is a great place to stay for a short stay, week vacation or longer. I highly recommend staying here. The host was accommodating to my needs, however, sometimes communicating was not as quick or smooth as it could’ve been. There was never any question of privacy from the host, and I truly felt at home here during my stay.
