Prepare to unwind in a meticulously remodeled condo boasting breathtaking views of the Collegiate Peaks! With accommodations for up to six people, this modern and newly updated condo is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking the ultimate Buena Vista getaway.



Notice: Exterior building work will begin at the property on October 6th. Crews will be completing improvements to the building’s exterior, so you may notice workers or mild daytime noise during the day. This work will not impact access to the unit or parking.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

    Nice condo! Clean, very walkable to most everything. Excellent communication with the owner. Would stay here again. Only minor thing.. no A/C but it’s pleasant in the evenings. It gets pretty hot during the daytime.

    Just a few things that would be nice to have had. There were no baking dishes, a 9 by 13 or an 8 by 8 would have been helpful. Hand towels and 2 more bath towels would have been nice. Other than that things were good.

    The condo is a comfortable stay. It is an easy walk to both the main street restaurants and shops, and the Arkansas River, which is one of the most beautiful to watch and listen to, and is lined with walking trails!

    We really enjoyed the Coyote Condo for our short stay in BV. Pleasantly surprised how dog friendly the condo was and close to a dog park and hiking trails. As mentioned in other reviews the cooking supplies were a little sparse so we came prepared. Would definitely rent here again if we find ourselves in BV again.

    Our stay in Buena Vista was perfect! This location makes it super easy to walk to all of the Main Street restaurants and shops. We also walked to several parks and the river. The apartment was super clean, well stocked, and in a quiet part of town. Great experience for our family of 3.

    This place looked nice enough and had a good location but it was lacking a lot of essentials in the kitchen. No pans to bake with, ancient scratched up cooking pans, no cutting board, no spatulas, etc. if you just order takeout or eat out then this wouldn’t bother you, but if you cook at all, this place will be a disappointment. Also the lighting in the dining room was very subpar. The location was nice and it had two bedrooms which worked well for our family. The kitchen was a good size as well as the living room. I would say this place has a lot of potential but it just feels like it was setup by a corporate entity to look good in pictures rather than be a well-outfitted place. Also please put some non-slip material on the slippery bathtub surface so people don’t fall in the shower!
