This 2BD/3BA (sleeps 6) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a covered balcony. Amenities include 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators, and 4 public outdoor showers.

Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. This villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends, featuring an open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. The dining table has 8 comfortable seats, with an additional 4 at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. The oceanfront main bedroom features a memory foam king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has a full bathroom attached, which also features a walk-in shower. The third bathroom is in the hallway and includes a shower/tub combo. This oceanfront getaway is perfect for putting your feet up and enjoying the ocean breeze!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploration, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute drive away and offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will fall in love with this beautiful island!

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather).
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

22 miles to Charleston Airport.
This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.

In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.     This is probably the fifth or sixth time we’ve stayed at this condo. As always, the property was very clean, well supplied, and we naturally enjoyed the proximity to the beach and pool as well as the ocean views from the balcony. The only suggestions I’d make would be to put a snug in the master bath for the hairdryer, and also provide either a table or box fan for the front bedroom as it gets pretty warm in there even with the air conditioning running. Thank you for another wonderful experience as a family!

    Location and view of the ocean/beach was beautiful. We loved the large balcony. Our only complaints are the outside of the building needed some maintenance. The elevator that was closest to our condo was not working and it made it very difficult for our handicapped mother to get up and down the steps. Palmetto bugs (or roaches) were found in the kitchen.

    This condo is in the perfect location! Walkable to restaurants and shops, right on the beach. It is well stocked, very clean and comfortable for the whole family. Easy check in check out and a very responsive property management company. Our trip was unfortunately cut short by hurricane Debby but we love Folly and will definitely be back!

    Great location. Walking distance to pier and shops. Condo was super clean and all of the beds were very comfortable. (Even the bunk beds had big twin mattresses and were nice) We had plenty of towels and it was well stocked.

    This stay exceeded our expectations from the minute we walked into the condo. Amazing ocean view, complete with secure surrounding, pools, beach chairs and a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom unit.     This condo is located right on the beach with terrific views of the ocean and pier and has a private balcony. It is in walking distance of the main restaurants/shops in Folly. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed - including beach chairs (a welcomed surprise). There was easy access to the beach via a private gate. I would highly recommend staying here.
