Corner Beachfront, Spacious Luxury 2 BR Villa, Spectacular Views!

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy our stay. The house is clean and welcoming. The kitchen well stocked. Communication will Candace is top notch and she was helpful and communicative when an issue (that was out of her hands) came up. Will definitely be back!

This condo is in the perfect location for a small family. We have been visiting the Lowcountry of South Carolina for 13 years and this condo is the ONLY place on Harbor Island I’ve been eager to return to. We’ve stayed for two weeks (in two different summers) now and I can’t wait to go back again! Gorgeous views of the ocean from inside and outside the unit. Super close and convenient access to both the beach and pools from the unit. Lovely comfy furnishings throughout, great beds, fully-operational kitchen with *everything* you need, and very clean and tidy. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. 10 stars!

Listing exactly as shown. Very clean, master bed seems to be memory foam, very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessities and then some! The condo was remarkably quiet despite the always almost full parking lots. Multiple pools available for use, the deeper of the three was super clean. The view from the deck was picture perfect! Candace (host), was wonderful. Messages were answered promptly, she was an absolute pleasure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Super clean. Beautiful views. Owners were very kind and responsive. The condo had so much there. Games, so many kitchen items, and towels. We really loved the island and it has become our new favorite place. We will definitely be returning next year!

A lovely place to spend a week. The windows give multiple views of the beach and sky. A perfect spot for enjoying the sunrise over the ocean. The villa is so comfortable and well appointed and spotless. Candace was on point giving suggestions and pointing out activities for the week. All in all a great stay.

This condo had the perfect location. You are steps away from the pool and a two minute walk to the beach. The ocean water is calm at the beach. The property was clean and communication with property owner was great. The only thing we didn’t care for was the ring camera on the deck. This seemed a bit invasive. Great place to stay.

We had a great time exploring the South Carolina sea Islands. This condo had a great view of the water. The island was nice and relaxing and not crowded. Candice was great to work with and her place had everything we needed for a week stay.

Very cozy and comfortable. However, the mattresses could stand to be changed out. Otherwise I would give it a 5/5 stars.

The listening description was spot on. Excellent location to the beach and pools. Boardwalk to beach just outside the unit. Communication with owner was quick and appreciated. We would not hesitate to rent the unit again if we visit Harbor Island. unit again if we return to Harbor Island.

The property itself is in the perfect location. Right by both the beach and the pool. Forget something? You can easily run right back up to the condo. Harbor Island is a great location if you are looking for calm and remote. There are a few things nearby, but most stores/restaurants are about 20 mins away. The development is small, and nothing is taller than 3 stories. This means the beach is not too crowded! The island does not get the rough waves of most Atlantic beaches because of its angle. Great if you want to let your little kids play in a gentle surf. So many sea critters when the tide goes down: hermit crabs, sand dollars, horseshoe crabs, etc. The condo itself is well equipped and worked great for our family of 4. Just like the pictures. Will 100% stay here again.

We loved our stay. Great views and very quiet

This is pretty much the ideal location for a beach trip in the low country. It’s next door to a lovely pool and right next to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. There is also a rinse shower right outside the unit (and another by the pool) to get all the sand off yourselves and your beach items. We used our car to store our beach wagon and beach items at night since there isn’t any outdoor storage for the unit. Lovely views from the primary suite and living area. We went to all 3 pools and my kiddo loved them all. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed, including staples that you don’t always find like paper towels, spices, and oil. Great book selection and plenty of games in the unit. My son was introduced to Captain Underpants books here and he loves them so much! We read every single one in the unit! The checkout list is simple and quick. We loved our stay! The only thing to be aware of is that the condo is two stories and there are steps to get to the front door of the unit as well (being on the second and third/top floors of the building was great and provided lovely views). This place is lovely and we enjoyed it so much. Our first time on Harbor Island was a lovely and memorable one!

We absolutely loved where we stayed, the community, the clean beaches, and the very nice people in the community. Be sure to follow the Owners directions verbatim as she gives clear and easy to follow directions. Beaches are very clean with an excessive tide change. A Good Samaritan saved our beach items after we returned from our Long Beach walk only to find that they moved our items up away from the rising tide. Lots of sea life and reptiles in the area, including dolphins. Be sure to visit the park just down the road from the complex. We loved everything about this place and will return I am sure.
