On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets studio loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at theconfluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. Newly furnished, this unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the loft upstairs and there's a sofa bed located downstairs in the living room (no door in between). 3/4 bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). This unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher and oven, river view from front deck, skylight and fireplace. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town.

Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.
