Convenient location! Downtown Loft at the River Confluence, Walk to Restaurants

Great Place!!

Although the property is decorated well and looks cute on the surface, we found it to be not very clean. The windows and baseboards were dirty, the upstairs bathroom sink had a broken sink drain, fireplace didn’t work and had handprints all over the glass, and the furniture surfaces were dusty. There were no drinking glasses, only coffee mugs. We just didn’t feel like the property was clean and sanitized. The property manager Lucky was quick to answer our questions about the television though!

This property was perfect for a short weekend stay. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect to walk to dining and shopping areas. Could use some lighting over spare bathroom mirror. Couldn't seem to get temperature setting just right; got too hot during the night. Overall it is a very nice place and would stay here again.

Conveniently located in the center of everything. Suggestion to owner.. get 2 - 3 way lamps in each area to improve lighting. Put in a dresser and a tack for hanging clothes. Thank you

The thermostats didn’t work, like when you would turn them on they would roast you out. Glass on one of the fans was busted. One of the windows next to the bed was cracked open and couldn’t shut it. The carpet is old as can be and so are the chair and couch in the living room. The only nice thing was that it is walking distance from downtown. The expense per night for what it is worth is super expensive. My wife and I went for our 11th anniversary and it was not worth staying there. Would hope a total renovation for a decent price would happen, if so we would stay again but if not it’s not worth it.

This condo is in a fantastic location and our host was very responsible and kind. It had all the amenities we needed and was clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great for town and hiking. Parking was moderately inconvenient. View was great w/outside seating, awesome for evening relaxing. Unit has a lot of space. Outside was well lit. A lot of windows for view with great window coverings. Water temperature hard to regulate. Would stay here again

Perfect location and cozy space. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was that the fireplace doesn’t work.

The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants and taking a stroll down the river walk.We found that the parking lot across the street was a much better option than parking in front of the Lofts due to the traffic going by. The condo was very large and well laid out.

We loved our stay at the Lofts! We were in Estes Park for four days and the only place we had to drive, was to the national park! We walked everywhere else. The unit was clean and substantially supplied with clean towels and bedding. One not-so-liked thing….when we checked in, the heat was set to 80 degrees - way too hot for an 80 degree September! Luckily, the unit has three great ceiling fans that helped to cool off the unit. We were comfortable by evening time.We will be returning next year to the Lofts!

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Parking is very limited with access to the lot across the street but unloading and loading could definitely be a problem. Bed was cozy. We enjoyed the convenient location in walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Check in was super easy, and instructions were clear. Kitchen was pretty lacking, with a teeny countertop, an old/used sponge, lower quality pots/pans/knives.

We stayed at the Loft July 5-10 and it was fabulous as usual! Now that our kids are grown, my husband and I find these condos to be the perfect place to stay for us in Estes! Clean, easy communication with Lucky, no problems at all! Thank you!! We will be back again, hopefully soon!

Awesome property in prime location! You are right in the middle of the action, but can still enjoy a nice, comfortable, and quiet stay.

This property was exactly as it was advertised. Everything went very smoothly. It was very clean and beautiful and had a wonderful location in Estes Park. We will absolutely use it again. The next time we come to Estes Park.

Perfect location, enjoyed stay. Handrails were very dirty and I cleaned them. Interior is cabin rustic, however the couch is dated and uncomfortable. Otherwise no other issues

Loved staying at Lofts of Estes. This place is roomy and comfy. Location can’t be beat! Right in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to most places. We will be back!

Property was as listed. Close to RMNP entrance. Easy walk to shops and places to eat. The parking was a bit funky but that was in part to how the first person to park there parked their vehicle. We parked in the town lot right across the street with no problems ( we did display the parking placard that was provided)

The unit is conveniently located within easy walking distance of downtown Estes. It is light and airy and was the perfect place for us to unwind and relax. We'll be back!

This was a very nice property conveniently located near downtown Estes Park. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops and it is a short drive of a few minutes to both the Fall River and Beaver Meadows entrances to RMNP. Unit was clean, nicely decorated and well supplied, check-in process was very easy. Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying here. We love the location and the cozy home-feel. Will be back!

The condo is very spacious and has both a first floor and a loft with a king size bed, jacuzzi, and full bath. The first floor is very comfortable with a large screen T.V., full kitchen, and half-bath. The condo is step from the heart of Estes Park and easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Very clean condo and excellent communication made the stay smooth and enjoyable.

Positives: The property was in a great location. The property was very clean. The fireplace was a great extra for this time of year. The check on and check out was easy. The host communicated everything we needed to know up front.Negatives: The parking is first come first served at the property. If the lot is full, you need to park in the parking lot across the street. The shower is very narrow. Bedroom pillows are uncomfortable. Overall this day was excellent woodbook again.

My husband and I stayed there for our anniversary. We were there for four days. Everything was extremely convenient. It was perfect for me and my husband had everything we wanted. Didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it for other people.

Honestly such a wonderfully peaceful retreat! We will definitely stay again if we can!

Came up for the parade and relaxing weekend. Great location. Nice accommodations.

My husband and I stayed for Thanksgiving and Friday’s parade. It was perfect as we could walk to all the activities. Was not the cleanest placed we have stayed but it worked for a short get away.

Amazing place. Fireplace was a highlight. Very clean and so close to downtown. Which was wonderful for the Christmas lights. Had totally everything we needed!! Can’t wait til next year.

Downtown is just across the river for quick access to coffee shops and shopping. The river walk is gorgeous, which made for perfect days spent acclimating and avoiding bad weather in RMNP. The rock wall behind the condo is gently lit at night making for a perfect night light and view. Speaking of views, the stars at night were unexpected and wonderful through the sky light. Not a lot of space for hanging cloths, or places to put unpacked cloths, but we managed just fine. Parking can be tight, but workable. Perfect location for our anniversary - I get the RMNP, she gets downtown with a tub!

Great loft just a block from downtown!

This is the third time we stayed in the Estes Lofts. It is the perfect location to explore the town without the need to drive anywhere. You can be in Rocky Mountain National within 20 minutes. It is comfortable and convenient and communication was prompt. Will always stay here when we hike the Rockies.

We enjoyed staying here, we stayed for a week and we loved the location. Construction was extremely loud at night for a few nights but we understand that's not their fault. Definitely a nice place to come back to after days of hiking!

Thank you for a wonderful place for us to stay at. The location was perfect to walk into town for dinner and shopping. It was just a few miles form where my son had his wedding as well.

Quick 2 night stay. Place was clean, well stocked, and the perfect location. Estes Park is a great little town for quick entrance to RMNP.

It was exactly what we wanted: a cozy (though spacious), comfortable place to rest between adventures or activities. It is a short walk to places of interest like the Stanley Hotel.
