We arrived on a gray and snowy afternoon. The warmth of the fireplace was so welcoming! Condo was clean, well furnished, and centrally located in the town of Estes. Appreciated the full kitchen because we travel with food to avoid constantly dining out. Overall, a very positive experience!

The overall location was very convenient near shopping and RMNP but the property didnt have much exterior lighting which felt unsafe at dark. I wasnt able to find dumpster when checking out of property due to such darkness.

We were so happy with our choice of this location! It is a quiet enclave in a very active area so we could walk everywhere and come back to our own wonderful private space. They had everything we needed including a balcony! Parking was no big deal. We would definitely recommend to anyone and would come again.

The location was perfect! And the condo was lovely.

I love the loft with skylight and the fireplace and heat kept the condo nice and toasty for warming up after a hike in the snow. I will definitely stay here again.

It was quaint & clean with the exception of no provided wash cloths, everything was very nice.

We come up to Estes every year for our annual golf tournaments. We both have to get up very early in the morning for the shotgun start, so it is easy and comfortable that the unit has two bathroom both with showers in them. I like that downtown Estes is right out the door, but that the condo units are very quiet.

I sent my parents (retired) here for a gift and they absolutely adored the condo and the location. The condo was perfect sized and cozy. It had everything they needed for their 4 night stay. They could walk from their room to nearby shops and restaurants or take short drives to find area attractions as well. Their only slight complaint was the bed mattress - they felt it wasn’t the most comfortable in their opinion. The owner of the condo was friendly and a great communicator with clear directions regarding the stay. My parents recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back again!!

Really loved the rustic look and was so cozy. Super convenient to everything in town.

Our 3rd or 4th year staying in this unit. Obviously we’ve been very pleased year after year. Great convenient location to downtown. Park on Friday and walk everywhere don’t drive until Sunday.

Wonderful property, very close to many restaurants and shops and the creek path.

Suggesting to have a legal pad and a pen so I can think and write them down. Upstair bathroom- the toilet seat is way too thick and soft. I cannot leave the toilet seat up for me to go at night The bed upstairs seems to be lopsided. One end of the mattress is lower than the other half.

Perfect location for our Estes Park and RMNP stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Estes Park at the Downtown Loft. It was cozy and comfortable and just what a winter retreat requires.

Excellent location, close to everything downtown. Unit was welcoming and cozy. Bed was comfy, although all bed pillows are quite thick which didn’t work well for me as I sleep on my belly. Condo is on a fairly busy road so be prepared for some traffic noise. Parking is slim at the condo but there are two public lots across the street for parking. Adele was great with communicating making sure I had all of the details prior to my arrival.

The unit was well equipped, important for us the bed was very comfortable. Parking can be tricky here but the lot across the street is easy and convenient.

I came for the Christmas Parade and was not disappointed, the property was a block from where I wanted to be to watch parade.

The loft was very welcoming and clean. Location was ideal, you could literally walk anywhere in Estes Park. It was cold outside so we did not get to experience the deck. The reason for only 4 stars was that there was quite a bit of car traffic. I would recommend Lofts of Estes to my friends. Keith and Becky Collins

Nice place, convenient

This place is in a great location. It is very clean. The bed is comfy. Restaurant's and shopping are within walking distance. Access to the park is close. We would stay here again.

This loft was the perfect base camp for us for our week in Estes Park and we would definitelyconsider staying here again. The place was very clean and comfortable. It's also very convenient to downtown and almost everything is town is well within walking distance...whis is good since parking in town can be a pain. Also, even though Riverside Drive is a very busy street, there is no significant noise from the traffic. One final note for anyone looking to book this property, be aware that because of the way the parking in front of the unit is configured, you will need to be confident in being able to back out onto a very busy street.

The unit was clean, check in was a breeze. The space worked great for 2 people. Location was amazing.

I can quickly give the location a 5 Star. We were able to walk and ride the free shuttle around town. We even walked to the Tram and hiked - a must do. RMNP was minutes from the condo. Don't miss out on the Peak to Peak drive which takes you past Lilly Lake (within the RMNP). The Condo its self was comfortable (love that lazy boy chair). The bed was so comfortable. Parking in front of condo was a challenge, but had a pass for the lot right across the street. The washer was out of order, but we packed well as we were taking a 6 wk road trip and the unexpected does happen. Plenty of linen and towels were available - only 1 wash rag. Please do not hesitate to rent this home.

Our time at Lofts of Estes was amazing !! The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and the condo was very comfortable and accommodating. We will be back !!

Very clean and quiet and a very convenient location especially with the Trolly stop just a few steps away. The only thing that needs attention is the parking in front as the curb on the street needs to be removed as it’s very hard to drive over and back over that curb.

Nice clean and comfy but really high traffic area and inadequately marked parking places during tourist season for RMNP

Loved the property . Only suggestion would be to add Kleenex to the bathrooms and washcloths to the bathroom and kitchen. Great place for a few nights!

Absolutely LOVE the location of this place! Very clean, everything in working order and the place was tastefully decorated. We didn't get a chance to use the huge tub but it would have been very comfortable! The decks are wonderful and the skylight upstairs was a delight! We highly recommend!!!

Beautiful condo in the heart of Estes Park. Had everything we needed and more. Couldn’t have asked for a better location…close to downtown, elk in the yard and just a short drive in any direction to get to Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Looking for a place within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from RMNP? This is it! Pretty, clean and well equipped. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Great property for two people Easily walkable to downtown. Clean!

This was the second time we stayed there. We arrived at check-in time, but the condo hadn't been cleaned yet, so we had to contact the manager, and when that didn't work, we contacted the owner. She was very nice, and it was taken care of soon after that. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. We recommend River Confluence.

We spent 5 days at this loft. Excellent location, clean unit and lots of adventures from this great base camp.

The loft was so conveniently located right along the river walk and easy walk to everything downtown. Super clean and the most comfortable bed Ive ever had in a VRBO.

The stay was wonderful in Estes Park. This VRBO was very easy to get to, surrounded by various shops and restaurants. Had quality toilet paper, thanks! The coffee pot did not work.

Nice Property but jetted tub did not work, Internet didn't work, door keypad randomly didn't work. Nice Location and place is nice. Responsiveness of contact was to be desired if wanting items to work. Luckily we were there for just a short stay.

We really loved this condo! It was the perfect size for a couple, had everything we needed, and was within walking distance of tons of great spots! It was spotless, and the whole check-in/check-put process was quick and easy. We’d love to come back next year!

The bnb was in a great arean very close to the shopping area. The rooom and home clean and really cozy. The only issue we ran into was when casting on the tv we were picking someone elses tv on the lot as well and it got.super confusing. Since it was named the same as ours other than thatthat it was awesome non the less

This loft was very cozy, warm and welcoming. View from the loft was much better than pictures. It was just cute, beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Communication with property management was efficient and easy. We would definitely want to come back again!! Thank you.

The place was amazing!! So nice and clean great location! I only gave 4 stars cause i had big plans for the jacuzzi tub and it didnt work! I was bummed but amazing other wise!!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in one of the Lofts at Estes. They’re conveniently located near town so you can walk. Limited parking out front but the lot is right across the street (never had a problem parking in front of the building). Very comfortable bed. We don’t cook much but full kitchen if needed with some utensils. Fireplace and the smart TV are a nice plus. Definitely stay again!

Property itself and location were excellent. Check in process less than smooth. Sent QR code which didn't do anything. Took quite a few communications to get 4 digit lock code. Folks on cell in car next to us having same issue. Suggestions: Need more glasses. Had to drink water out of wine glass because others taken. Had to guess at how to work things. Heat, how turn on fireplace, how to work curtain on skylight. A quick cheat sheet on functions would be helpful. Understand that remote would be expensive for skylight but changing to smoother rod and rings so easier shade easier to move would be helpful. Timely responses when needed help upon was appreciated. Outdoor lights out on second floor. For older people esp. finding room, walking on deck and going up/down stairs risky. Understand that there was last minute issue that couldn't be fixed right away but wouldn't have been that difficult to put out a few some motion detector lights along deck lights while waiting for repair. Assigned parking spaces quite limited. Packing and unpacking car across street a bit tricky. Esp. for seniors. Once we figured out how to work everything, got some plastic glasses, and and figured out best way to deal w/parking challenges, stay was enjoyable. Recommend just removing cable challenge info. Don't think cable even exists there anymore. Replace w/how to work... info sheet would be an improvement. Location was great and we plan on returning and will know to bring glasses and shampoo.

My husband and I arrived it was easy check in. Place was very clean, nice fireplace (gas) and bed was comfortable. Location was great walking distance to the a lot. Park is limited so you may have to park across the street. ( you are given a parking pass for it)

My husband and I were really impressed with the warmth and coziness of our loft. Close to most of downtown Estes. Loved our stay. Would rent again.

The location is great. You can walk to downtown in a couple of minutes. Check in was super easy. Very clean. There was some street noise but not terrible. Might be worse in the summer with windows open and more traffic. But that comes with the location. Only complaint was the jets on the jacuzzi didn't work. That's my only reason for not giving it a 5 star review. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location to downtown Estes! It was easily within walking distance of the main area of Estes. It is now on a main exit of downtown edtes since they restructured the streets in Estes. That makes for lots of traffic & road noise. We requested an early check in due to the parade congestion & we were only permitted to get in 45 minutes early. The communication with the hosts was very challenging! They didn’t treat me with respect nor professionalism! Not accomodating at all! The loft upstairs doesn’t have any airflow. A ceiling fan would be great up there! The heating system in this building is OLD! It’s an old baseboard heating with 3 different thermostats. Thank goodness for a fireplace or we would have frozen!

Unit was clean and close to downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

This loft apartment is perfect for travelers! Adequate accommodations located in a prime spot. Incredibly walkable! Double bathrooms was really nice, and the balcony was great!

This is our 3rd time staying with the Lofts of Estes, and if we are able to get back to the area, we will definitely stay here again ... in fact, we planned our trip around when a unit here was available! We love the fact that we can walk along the river to dinner in the evenings, cross the street to Raven's Roast for coffee in the mornings, and open the door or window to the sound of the river outside. We had a question while we were there, and the managers were quick to respond and help. The units themselves are clean and perfect for a couples getaway or small family. We love that we're close to the national park, and we can't imagine staying anywhere else in Estes Park. Thanks for another great home-away-from-home experience!

This condo was just what we were looking for! The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s so cute inside and in the perfect location. The river in front and rocks behind are so beautiful! We will definitely come back!

Just one block away from main street and a lot of good restaurants nearby too. Ony 19 minutes to RMNP. All the essentials are provided.

Love the location as you can park at property and walk almost anywhere downtown.

This is the PERFECT place to stay when visiting the RMNP. It’s located in the heart of downtown Estes Park making it so easy to walk to shops/dinner/etc., not to mention the short drive (less than 10 min) to the park itself. The place was so spacious for my husband and I and communication with the host was so easy and always responded so quickly. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

We had about two days in Estes Park and it was the most perfect location. The town is so lovely with great local restaurants and coffee shops, and the condo/apt was great for two people. A balcony for wine, a perfect size kitchen, two bathrooms (which is a HUGE plus!), and an hot tub/bath in the bedroom. It was a perfect location to get to Rocky Mountain National Park, and we could not have had a better time in a perfect location and loft apartment. We will be back most definitely! PS - the owners were wonderful, easy to communicate with and there was a 'property' manager who was very helpful. As well we had neighbors but never heard them! So, it's a very quiet location and walking distance to everything in town.

Excellent location for walking Estes Park and a short drive to RMNP. The construction noise was not an issue. Didn’t start until about 7 am. Would definitely stay again!

Overall the property was great! Very clean and functional. The only issues were traffic was rough due to city construction which I completely understand is outside the property’s control. They provide parking permits across the street and it was difficult to move in and out when crossing a construction busy street with all my bags. And I did not get a parking space any night because I was out all day. Overall it was very niceall of

We are so happy that we rented this loft - location is perfect. Red and Brown shuttle routes pick up at the building! We were in EP for a July wedding and all the other guests were complaining about their accommodations not having air conditioning- but this loft has a great AC and fans so we were very comfortable even when it was 99 degrees outside. Will stay here again

Excellent location that is within walking distance from all the dining and drinking establishments in Estes Park. Quick drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Loft was nice. Parking was harder than desired. The reserved lot is across a busy street without a crosswalk, however, never had to look more than 5 mins to get a spot in the busiest times. Overall, excellent trip. Would book again!!!
