The bedrooms share access to a beautifully tiled bathroom with a spacious double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

A new guest bathroom features a walk-in shower.

    The home is perfectly located close to downtown (7 min walk), a block from the beach, and the salt marsh reserve (good walking trails). The home itself is an older condo, but clearly remondeled and taken care of. No ac, but if you run the ceiling fans and have the windows open it cools nicely. I noticed additional fans in closets for hotter months (my stay was in october), but i didn’t need them. The balcony does not have a beach view, but over looks the parking lot, and other apartments. Not a deal breaker because if you wan the beach, it’s right outside the front of the complex. I stayed alone as i was there for a wedding, but there is a second bedroom with bunk beds, so a family or small group could make it work. A pool and hot tub open 10a to 10p, as well as on site laundry (coin operated, or you can pay with an app). One of the nicest things is that the complex is a quiet community. I really didn’t hear much of any noise after quiet hours (10pm), which made for a very peaceful stay. Don’t come here expecting to party, go downtown for that haha. All together a fun little sleepy beach town. I will be visiting again.Also the bed was very comfy!

    The property was nice and clean. The lower bunk bed mattress was not comfortable. Had a sink hole in it. The upstairs bathroom sink did not drain well. But overall, the apartment itself was a nice place to stay

    Thank you for hosting us at your lovely property! We had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the pools, which were a highlight of our stay. The combination of staying at your place on Friday night and camping on Saturday added a unique and fun twist to our trip.To help future guests, we suggest noting in the listing that the property does not have air conditioning. While Carpinteria rarely needs it, we happened to visit during a hot and humid spell, so this detail would be helpful upfront. Additionally, we only discovered the availability of boogie boards and other amenities as we were leaving—it might be great to highlight these in the listing or welcome materials to ensure guests can fully enjoy them.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and appreciate your hospitality. Thank you again!

    The condo was clean and comfortable. The pools and hot tub are a nice addition. Hot tub use is now for everyone over age 6 and above. The only thing I would be aware of is you can hear noise from the first floor of the unit on the second floor quite easily, but we made do. Overall, a very nice stay and we'd be happy to return.

    We had a very comfortable stay over 4th of July weekend. We were 2 adults and 3 kids ages 10 and under. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that actually provides 3 beds - a double bed bottom with a twin top bunk and a twin trundle pull out under the double. The condo is well stocked with beach equipment (photo attached). It’s an easy walk across the street to the sandy beach.
