Condo Del Mar at Princesa on Sandy Beach

We had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

The ac unit was making a loud noise, making it hard to sleep. Checking in was horrible because host didn’t register our room and we had to wait till they got a hold of her so they could ok the condo

Property was adequate. The water cooler in the kitchen didnt work and I advised owner but it was not repaired during our stay even though he said he would send someone to fix it.

Had a few hiccups at the condo but it was beautiful and at fantastic resort. Craig was extremely responsive anytime I needed him and resolved issues ASAP. I will def be back!

This was our 3rd time staying in this exact condo, and it was wonderful as always. Clean condo, upgraded shower, all the amenities (Kerig coffee pods, spices& cooking utensils), and just steps from the beach. Taco Tuesday at the onsite cantina was excellent, and the staff are so sweet. Property manager is very responsive and friendly. Definitely will be returning next summer! Thank you for an excellent and much-needed vacation!

The location is beautiful right on the beach. Condo is pretty updated and clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

I have visited Rocky Point a few times. This was my sister’s first visit. The location was spectacular! The view was great and the location to the beach was phenomenal. The check-in and out process was seamless and communication was on point. The condo was clean, aside from a few pieces of trash. There were beach towels to use, if needed. The whole trip was great and I highly recommend this condo! I’ll definitely be renting here again!

The room was in a great location. The resort had three pools and many umbrellas to use from. There were only 2 issues my husband and I had and I would say they are minor to us. The first was the wifi didnt reach to the bedroom so maybe if the owner got a wifi extender. The second was the bed was very firm. Husband likes firm beds but that one was way too firm. So if you dont like firm beds bring a bed topper. Overall I will recommend this place because the owner is very communicative and this room has everything you will need for a weekend getaway.

We had a great time at the condo, it was very clean and had all the amenities described. The only hiccup was we weren't given the code to get into the condo upon arrival and reaching the owner was a little difficult but it was resolved after about half an hour, The rest of our stay was fantastic we definitely would stay here again.

Love staying at this resort. Easy check in great restuarant/bar. The host very easy to get ahold of and even brought is more coffee!

This was our 2nd time staying in this exact condo. We love the proximity to the private beach, ocean view, the 3 pools, hot tub, and restaurant onsite. This condo is always priced the best in the neighborhood. Forgot that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays, but with a full kitchen in the condo, not a problem as long as you have groceries to make meals that 1 day. Highly recommend going during weekdays to avoid long lines at the border on weekends. We plan to book Victor’s place every summer for our family vacations. Great place for kids; ours are 5 and 6 years old. Thanks for an awesome and relaxing trip!

Very nice and clean place. The grounds are maintained very well. Good view of the water. All of the descriptions are accurate. Would definitely return in the future.
