Stayed Jul 3, 2025The screened in patio was broken (there were a lot of bugs) because of this, blinds fell off when touched (hurt my husband), and shower had no pressure. Property manager made us drive a total of 45 minutes out of the way on both entry and exit to pick up amenity passes, which they could have left in the house. They left them in the house for our friends staying at another unit at the complex. We Rented the beach chairs through the property management company but it didn’t come with an umbrella as represented (they said they emailed about this but we never received an email). Property manager wouldn’t refund. Not a bad stay but there was a lot of room for improvement.
