Overall great. Covered parking for 1 vehicle. Did not see any other parking options. Fishing dock near the pool. A few real fishing peers within 5 min drive. Nice pool. Beach 5 min drive. Room ok. Restaurants/businesses 5 min drive.

The base board is missing on the wall behind the TV, the walls and base boards need painted . The beds and couch are uncomfortable, the bed was sunken down in the middle. My husband and I rented the condo for a month, I left after a week because it was such a uncomfortable depressing place. He stayed for the entire month as he was out fishing all day. It needs a new mattresses and couch. There also needs to me additional seating besides the couch maybe a side chair or two. The blinds on the sliding glass door nd window had broken slats and would not open or close.When staying for a month the little orange arm bands also don't work. Who wants to wear the same hospital like arm band for a month? The office did give me different bands after I went to them and pushed for them. PARKING IS POOR! Parking for the even # condos is under the stairs and if you are driving a truck the your neighbor is driving a truck one of you has to wait for the other to get out. Last why not have a monthly deal on the boat slips for the guest that have boats and are staying a month, instead of just leaving the slips empty. Will I stay at Baytree again, Yes will I rent #14 NO.

Beds and couches were comfortable and in good condition. Only negative was kitchen stock (specifically silverware, saute pans, and turner). Made it tough to cook breakfast. Otherwise was great.

,some of the furniture is falling apart, weathered. Nice fishermans place, icemaker did not work. Shower hooks rusted, not easy to move. Broken glasses in cabinet. No shower, bath soap, shampoo etc, we bring our own thank goodness.

The condo was clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay. We really enjoyed the community pool and the spacious patio with table and chairs as well. To make it a 5 star property, I would recommend replacing the chipped glasses in the kitchen and rusty faucet in the bathroom.

The television was able to pick up only 1 channel. No one on property wears bracelets anymore. As pool owners we know the process of eliminating fecal matter. 3 babies were in the pool with no swim diapers. The AC didn't work properly. This property is clearly under new management
