Introducing 7th Sunrise PB311; a spacious Pirates Bay unit that will sleep 8 in top-notch accommodations featuring stylish furnishings and fun coastal décor.
One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms have a queen sized bed. There is also an alcove to the side of the hallway with twin bunk beds. All of the bedrooms, as well as the living area, have flat screen televisions. The living room TV offers Spectrum streaming service. - Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
This property has everything including a washer and dryer in the unit and free wireless internet It has stained concrete floors throughout with high ceilings in the living room. The kitchen and living area are an open concept style, perfect for entertaining. Modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, complete with coffee maker and other essentials.
Comes with 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit. There is some overflow parking in the complex, however this is first come, first served and can be limited during peak times.
Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property. STR#:514305

    The layout is absolutely awesome! We were missing a shower curtain and liner in the master bedroom, communication with the leasing office was quick and efficient, they delivered a new liner the following morning without interrupting us at all. We’d definitely stay here again !!!

We had been to Port A before but always stayed in hotel rooms, separated from family, and this was our first time experiencing a place together. The house was so beautiful roomy comfy and just so PERFECT for being close with family all day- we took so many pictures and loved the flow and beauty of the place that we took many inspired looks for our own home. I will DEFINITELY come back to Port Aransas Escapes - thank you for marking our stay so beautiful, comfortable and so effortless. YOU JUST GOT TO COME STAY!
