Coco's Chambre, a 2 bedroom condo...walkable to downtown Franklin

It was spotless, beautifully furnished with antique furniture, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I was very pleased with this property. Communication from the host was excellent as was ease of entry. The accommodations were very nice, beds were comfortable, and I really appreciate the little extras like snacks and coffee pods. A for cleanliness. All around would recommend if you’re in the Franklin area.

Bob, our host was extremely helpful. The apartment is an easy walk to downtown. We spent the last morning just looking at all of the apartment’s French decor and books.

OMG .. it was perfect … location was perfect for our shopping trip. The condo was beautiful and fun .. lots to look at and all the furniture ( chairs beds) all so comfortable. Everything you needed and so organized. We felt so welcomed! We definitely rent again!! Would love to text the owner .. interested in where I might purchase the leather chairs in front room. They were so comfortable and I have the perfect place for them. May I text him?

The host was quick to respond to my questions. The rental was very charming and cozy and the snacks in the kitchen was a nice touch as well. We had four women staying and we never ran out of hot water during showers. Overall a great place!

Very clean and homey. Located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the main strip of shops in downtown Franklin.

This was such a cute little place to stay and very close to downtown Franklin. I came with a friend for a girls’ weekend and we had so much fun shopping and trying out the great restaurants nearby. Excellent communication from the owner.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a beautifully decorated spot and very clean. Only about a 20 minute walk from downtown Franklin too! Bob was so responsive and kind, I would highly recommend Coco’s Chamber!

Cozy and convenient.

Bob's place was just as pictured and described in the listing. It perfectly fit our needs for our weekend getaway to Franklin. The location to downtown was wonderful.

It is the right size for 2-3 people. It rained the entire time we were here. But there was a little porch that would have been perfect in the sun.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coco’s Chambre! From the quiet neighborhood to all the perfectly appointed French decor, to the cozy, comfortable beds, and relaxing balcony, it is the best place to enjoy a visit to Franklin! We were in town for the Dickens Festival, which is such a fun Christmas Season event, and after walking among the festival crowd, it was so nice to back to the condo and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea and just relax in the comfort of such a warm, cozy place. The coffee, tea and snacks were such a lovely touch~we definitely recommend this as your go-to accommodation in Franklin! Bob is a wonderful host too! We hope to return again in the near future:)

Very conveniently located for visiting the area

Enjoyed our stay so much. Pristine property. Very comfortable and restful. Wonderful beds after busy days. Well equipped in kitchen and bathroom with everything we needed and more.

This is quite a jem. We loved the location, easy to get everywhere from downtown Franklin to Leipers Fork. We loved that you had reserved parking, it made it very easy to find. The condo was great, everything was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay in Franklin. The property is as described and charming. The hosts are very communicative and helpful. We biked to downtown and enjoyed the walk path at the park across the street. Recommend!

My mom and I stayed here for a conference and it was the loveliest landing pad for our wee-kid-free weekend. The beds are ridiculously comfortable, and Mom and I went around the place choosing all the pieces we’d love to have in our homes. Beautifully and thoughtfully done, and Bob was quick to respond to messages. Loved how close it was both to downtown and to Kroger and Target. We felt so pampered and I’d love to stay here again someday!

We loved the condo and location. Neighbors were really nice as well! All the little touches of decor were done so well! We loved the balcony - had coffee and drinks out there every day - small creek running in the back.

As soon we walked through the door we were drawn to the historical value of everything from the furniture, books, art work, plates on the walls, and style of each room. The owners took great care in creating a place of comfort and wonder. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as would any history buff, which my husband is. Thank you.
