Clean condo near town, Stanley, National Park

The house had plenty of room, but it needs some upkeep. Carpet was not clean, some of the furniture was not in good shape and it could use some paint in places. The beds were okay. I’ve never used a VRBO before and was surprised that we were expected to strip the beds, wash the towels and take the garbage out. Maybe that’s the way they all are, but it would have been nice to know that upfront when I rented the place. If that’s the way it usually is, I probably won’t use a VRBO again. The area was nice and quiet which was nice.

Overall a good stay. The main door knob and locks are very difficult and seem worn beyond use. I had to shoulder the door to get in multiple times - my kids couldn't get in or out. Several mattresses and the couch are extremely uncomfortable and need replacement. With these few minor things out of the way - I'd say it's an awesome place and I'd stay there again. Easy access to anywhere in Estes Park.

Garage too small for vehicle (pickup) and parking was full when we arrived, other than that it was a perfect stay. Location was great, all necessary amenities (including toiletries). We love RMNP and would stay here again.

The condo was very clean. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The minuses were that the towels were a bit ragged and there were no chairs or benches in any of the bedrooms. Also something we thought was a bit odd was that that there was sleeping for 8 but only seating for 5 in the one living room and sitting for 7 in the kitchen area. The kitchen table is a high top as is the kitchen bar seating. This could be an issue if you have small children. We saw a herd of elk at the end of the driveway and good location for getting around town. Having a 2 car garage was nice.

Nice location close to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as the main areas in Estes Park. Quiet location, clean accommodations with the basics covered.

Great lodging in great location!

Beautiful property in a beautiful place. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for everything! The use of the garage was amazing, and it was even tall enough that we could pull in with our roof-top carrier! SUPER Convenient. Property is VERY near to a Safeway, a Dollar Tree, and much more for getting your needs met. And is SO close to the Stanley Hotel for those who want to visit it! GREAT Location for our journies into the park as well.

We were happy with most things. Overall good experience.

Great place, close to park

Great location and condo was just as advertised!! I know it’s an outdoorsy city but the carpets really need to be cleaned. My daughter walked around barefoot when we first got there and her feet were black black and my son was crawling around and his knees and hands were just the same.

It was nice being so close to downtown Estes Park and to the entrance of RMNP! We also enjoyed having extra space for our family of 6.

We were there for a wedding. Convenient yo everything

This rental was lovely! Wonderful, quiet location but very close to food, grocery, etc. They offer many more amenities than listed. Finding a bed rail that we could attach for our toddler’s bed was a much appreciated surprise. Very, very spacious. It actually appears better in-person than in the pictures. We would just recommend having the garbage disposable cleaned as that had an odor.

We were very pleased and would stay there again. It was especially nice to have a comfortable, decent size living room. We had a mixed group of family and acquaintances and it was helpful to have different spaces to hang out in. Very close to the river walk (about a mile) but very quiet in the immediate vicinity

This was our second time staying in this same VRBO and we loved it again! We come every year for a concert at the Stanley Hotel and we always have the best time. Great location and facilities. Lots of space for each couple and lots of nice together space. Easy check in and plenty of parking. Lots of kitchen supplies and responsive hosts.

Six of us siblings stayed together and checked out the local sights. We enjoyed cooking meals and playing games while we stayed.

This townhome was the perfect size for my family. The views were incredible. Location was perfect… a short 5-10 minute walk to the Stanley Hotel and the downtown shops/restaurants. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to get away.

Property was just the right distance from everything. Very family friendly. Called property manager about outside light, came and fixed it right away. Only downside, the expectation of washing and drying towels, especially as all had to take showers before we left. towels. We barely made it out thdoor

Rental was very nice. parking was a issue not enough places for three vehicles when we were allowed four.

The house was in a very nice location. We had plenty of room for 6 adults.

quiet and relaxing

The condo was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for us to attend a family wedding. Good size rooms and kitchen was well stocked. The front door was very hard to get into, but we eventually got inside. Recommend replacing the bottom handle.

We really enjoyed the property. It felt like a home. Very comfortable. Nicely stocked with pots, pans, towels, blankets. We would definitely stay there again if heading to Estes

We loved our stay! The location is awesome and convenient! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing wildlife! The condo was big enough to accommodate our group of eight! Thank you!

Great location and perfect size for the 6 of us. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife outside from the comfort of the living room. The grill and 2 picnic tables were nice! Beds were comfy. Carpet needs to be cleaned! The living room furniture is not in good shape (in particular the ottoman needs to be thrown away). The sofa table and coffee table as seen in the pictures is no longer there.
