Clean, Beachy, Amazing Waterview Near Folly Beach & Downtown Charleston

Great place! Great host! Very accommodating!

We travel to Folly often, but this was our first time staying here. Tim & Jennifer were great hosts and the property is ideally located.

The property was clean, comfortable, well stocked and had parking included.

The location of the condo was great. Owner was very responsive.

The stay was perfect. The area is quiet and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the view was beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Folly. The location was great. Easy access to the beach and the city. The place was very clean. Jennifer was very responsive to emails and concerns. As stated, there are multiple steps to the unit. So be prepared!!! The unit is not stocked with any essential cooking items. The pots and pans are there, but no spices, coffee, tea, food wrap, baggies, or anything of that nature. I’m used to at least a starter coffee or tea option until you can get to the store.The one main negative about the place is that the air conditioner sits on the outside wall of the guest bedroom and as it cycles on and off all night, it makes it very hard to sleep. It’s very noisy. Bring a sound machine.

The condo was clean and had most everything we needed for our stay. Very close to Folly Beach and not too far from downtown. It was quiet and peaceful. The covered parking area was nice!

We had a wonderful time. My son is military and was really looking forward to a home cooked meal and this place provided us a home atmosphere within walking distance to the beach. It was lovely and the views from the porch were amazing! I highly recommend. The hosts were very nice and communicated in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location between Folly and downtown Charleston

Due to death in family we were unable to make the weekend however our friends we were attending the oyster festival with were VERY pleased with condo they said it would be well worth staying again even the 48 stairs weren’t bad.

The condo was super clean and comfy. All check-in info was emailed before arrival, and we had no issues what so ever. Beautiful view of the marshes.

I had to make last minute plans and Jennifer was so helpful. This is my 2nd stay at a property she manages and I was pleased with everything about the accommodations.

Stayed here for new years. Folley beach and Lolo’s restaurant very close and easy to get to.

This property was perfect for me and my friend. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Close to everything but not close to city noises. Communication with the property manager was super easy and check in/out was perfect. My friend and I had so much fun being able to sit outside on the spacious balcony, listen to birds and discuss future research projects. Would definitely recommend and I plan to stay again.

The units refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher kitchen drawers and cupboards were not cleaned. I would not stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay - the condo was cute and clean and had all the beach essentials! The WiFi could be a bit spotty so if you’re planning to work remote perhaps come prepared with a hotspot, otherwise it was perfect!

We loved the location - close to Folley Beach, close to downtown, close to a Harris Teeter, close to a neighborhood for walking, and LoLo's restaurant is across the street! We loved the size and layout of the condo...perfect for two or four people. The stairs were no issue for us but we are accustomed to climbing stairs. Covered parking for two was great! Spent so much time on the balcony! Beautiful views!

Not walking distance to the beach but just a short drive and had no problem finding parking.

Great location. Cute and comfortable unit. Never heard any neighboring units. Nice view of the marsh. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

If you love sunrise and sunset views of marsh creeks, you’ll love staying at Jennifer and Tim’s home. It’s a mile from Folly Beach and nicely appointed with amenities.

The place was clean and fitted all the description. I would return in the future.
