    This was a great place to stay. Loved that is was a block from the beach and and easy walk. It was aslo very easy to get all over the Charleston area from here. The place is a little dated and could use some up grades but had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning and 4 of us could spread out.

    We had a wonderful stay for our son's recentball tournament! The unit was clean upon arrival. It was stocked with extra linens and lots of dishes. There were plenty of supplies left for washing dishes and extra trash bags. The location is perfect!

Reviewer Comments: We only had three full days on IOP, but this place and Island Realty made it so much better.Easy walk to the beach and local shops (Circle K was a bummer because the polar pop machine was broken).We walked to the butcher shop, fish store, Coconut Joes, the surf shop and other places.Condo was comfortable and quiet.Make sure to get up to watch the sun rise on the beach at least once.If you are Catholic, catch Mass at Stella Maris on neighboring Sullivan's Island.Will definitely be back and use Island Realty!

    Good location, across from park, a block’s walk to the beach, and easy access to shopping and the mainland. The building was dated and well worn. The unit was clean and comfortable but no frills. No hair dryer or Kleenex for example. Kitchen-wear were odds and ends, but completely adequate for us. We called the property managers on a few issues and got a rapid response.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved how close this unit is to the beach, literally across the street. We also enjoyed the access to the fishing pier and ability to walk up Ocean Blvd to some great restaurants. Though we didn't use the pool it was nice to have available. The unit itself was adequate. My main concern was that there was no place to put groceries. All the cabinets were full. Also keep in mind that this is a 2nd story unit so you will have to carry everything up and down. Overall, I would stay again. Island Realty is easy to work with too.

    The unit was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. There was an automatic ice maker which was nice! We would definitely stay here again.
