Chic Santa Cruz Retreat on Swimmable Beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. The condo is appointed well. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, cleaning supplies, and every gadget you would need during your stay. I brought a wine bottle opener and other little things but I didn't need to because they had it there. The condo had board games, blow dryer, 4 beach towels, nice shampoo soap and conditioner. The water heater, washer, dryer, and water pressure function well. The air conditioner worked great which was nice because the heat outside was crazy intense. Check in and check out were super easy and the host was very great with communication/ house information. The starlink internet worked well. The location of the condo really couldn't get any better. You are on the beach. Just a few steps away is the water. The are taxis, resturants, grocery, and so much more just steps from the condo. The marina is a real quick walk away. Almost anywhere you want to go will be about 50 pesos from taxi station. We live in mexico and understand some stays may have small problems like leaky showers, bad water perssure, subpar A.C and so on. BUT NOT at this CONDO. Everything is good quaility and in perfect working condition. Really truely a dimond! I would recommend this condo when staying in huatulco.

The patio is lovely and the living & Kitchin area were nice and open and well-stocked with everything we needed. Air conditioning worked great! The property management was responsive to our questions about a problem with the door, locking mechanism. We did not address this with them (and maybe we should have) but we did have a problem with getting hot water consistently. It seem to either be insanely hot or not hot at all. But since we were generally coming in off the beach, we are happy to take cool showers. The location couldn’t be better. We loved this beach because of the soft sand and the very gentle waves. Lots of markets, and shopping and restaurants and easy to catch a taxi from this location.

The only downside was the beginning of lent fiesta that began on Wednesday. We could not get our rental car in or out of the parking location for a few days. I wish we were told about this ahead of time. The party in the area played very loud music until 3:30am.

It worked out for us because we like to have an apartment rather than a hotel!

Condo has beautiful ocean views from living room and bedroom, which was great to wake up each morning to (and come back from a long day). Great base for staying, with plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance, easy taxi service and ample parking for a rental car. Good internet and wifi, water filtration system, plenty of towels including beach towels. Note - Santa Cruz is a little more lively than some other locations with lots of restaurants and busier beach, but with the exception of some live music for an hour here or there in the evening (trumbone playing), the noise didn't bother us as the condo itself was quiet.If can make one note to the developer - please add lighting in the hallways. Not sure if this was an oversight (seems odd), but at night you have to use a flashlight in order to use the key for the door.Overall very happy and will return.
