Welcome to Chetola: Chestnut 8! A beautiful 3 bedroom Chetola Resort condo in Blowing Rock situated at an elevation of 3560'.

This inviting home features high ceilings, great nature lighting, exposed beams, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, and more! The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen counters, and both Keurig style and drip style coffeemakers. Sit in the great room by the gas fireplace with a warm cup of tea or cocoa. The main level has a largeking suite with a TV and ceiling fan. The ensuite (attached) bathroom has both a custom tiled shower and jetted bathtub. The bunk room is located on the main level also. This bedroom has a bunkbed that has a twin bed on the top and a full size bed on the bottom. The bathroom is located just down the hall and features a tiled tub/shower. Upstairs is a large king suite bedroom with high ceilings, great lighting, and a desk workstation to help you catch up on those last minute emails. The ensuite (attached) bathroom has a tiled shower and stone counters. The outdoor covered patio has a table and chairs to enjoy your morning breakfast, or an evening beverage. There is an overhead fan to keep you cooler on those warmer summer nights.

ABOUT CHETOLA RESORT
Chetola is an upscale resort on 78 acres in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock. Most recently featured in Southern Living Magazine, Our State, and Garden and Gun. Chetola Resort is located within walking distance to all the Blowing Rock shops and restaurants, Moses Cone Manor, Bass Lake, and Shoppes on the Parkway. On location you will find The Spa at Chetola, Bob Timberlake Restaurant and Lounge, Headwaters Pub, and The Wading Room Fly Shop. As an added expense, Chetola Resort also offers fly fishing clinics and guide services, and event planning.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

    Wonderful place to spend time in Blowing Rock. Great condo with all the amenities. Very clean and comfortable. This unit has a nice view of the meadow from both bedrooms and from the corner porch. Lots of wildlife. Chetola has such easy access to downtown Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway and hwy 321 to Boone. Thanks for a wonderful week!

    This was our second time at Chestnut 8 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is well appointed and comfortable. Chetola allows easy access to everything Blowing Rock has to offer. The property management was quick to respond to our requests.

    We totally enjoyed our stay, the proximity to hiking trails was excellent. Condo is a bit dated but very clean. The tv,s need to be updated, very slow, cumbersome to use. Overall very good experience.

    Wonderful stay. Very clean and organized. Quiet area in back of Chetola by tennis courts. Bunk beds were not made which was a bummer but all else was great! Will stay again
