Chattahoochee River House 2 - Say Hello to Neighbors at the Helen Festhalle!

Location was great. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants. Being right on the river was nice. Only issue is that at night it could be a little loud since the condo is on one of the main streets in the village, a pro and a con.

Love this place centrally located to everything, nice screened in porch to chill and listen to the river flow

Perfect location! We didn’t have to pay to park, we were able to walk everywhere. The porch was very relaxing and the house was spacious.

The Chattahoochee River Hs#2 was such a treat!! It was very spacious & comfortable & we especially loved the comfortable beds & being directly on the river side!!

The location was really serene with river running along the back of the house, exactly what we needed to relax. The enclosed patio overlooking all the action but keeping us away from it was also a plus. Sometimes the street got noisy but it didn’t last long. The decor touches were on point throughout the house, especially well decorated for Christmas, with a tree each room. Plush linens, blankets and cushions. The bathrooms are older but clean. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Loved the secured entrance to the house via the door code. We sat by the river on our last day. Great stay overall and professional hosts.

There was a big Christmas tree in the living room and a smaller slim tree in both of the bedrooms. My sons loved being next to the river to fish and I loved sitting in the screened in porch able to see/hear them. The location is great. Just off the main road, along the river. We didn't know Helen's Christmas parade was this weekend so that was a great surprise. We parked when we arrived and didn't go back to the car until we left - this is walking distance to everyone you want to go. We will definitely stay at this property again and would recommend to others. I did have to call the after hours service because I couldn't find the sheets for the sofa bed (they are in the guest room closet which is in the guest bath!) and they answered right away and called right back w/ the answer. All in all 10/10

The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The whole condo was decorated nicely for fall and it was one of the new best ones we have stayed at in Helen.

The location couldn’t be more perfect right in the heart of town and nestled along the river. We were able to walk to everything: restaurants, shops, tubing, and all the charming sights Helen has to offer.The condo itself was clean, cozy, and had all the comforts of home. Waking up to the sound of the river and enjoying coffee on the balcony was the perfect start to each day. The view is absolutely beautiful and peaceful.We will definitely being staying here again!

Loved this unit in the past. This unit is upstairs and we didn’t have any one in the downstairs unit last visit this time we did and any food they cooked the smell came into our place. We had an issue with our shower head falling off and they came and fixed it then our refrigerator started leaking all over the floor we used our bath towels to prevent it from getting the rug wet again and rung them out to keep the water at bay. We called a couple of times and when we left there still were towels around the fridge it never got fixed. The floor around the fridge is damaged so I am thinking this might be an on going problem. If I owned a home and used a management company for my maintenance I would be upset at the condition of my floor. We love Helen and frequent it. We were excited to go back to this place after trying others but might think twice about this place next time.

This property is great! It's the perfect location to everything! We were able to walk to everything within 8 minutes or less. We even walked from the Fun Factory, and it was less than 20 minutes. Its such a beautiful town!

Perfect condo for 2 couples. Listen to the river while sitting on the screened porch. Easy walk to town and all the restaurants. Lots of hiking and wineries close by. Would definitely stay again

Great place and wonderful management company

The condo was spotless and very comfortable! We will definitely stay there again. Especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch overlooking the Chattahoochee. This was a beautiful property, in a great location. River front, and then walkable to everything in Helen. The property it self was cozy but roomy for 2 adults & 4 children/teens. We really enjoyed our stay, property management was very responsive and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was lovely! Large common area with large full kitchen. Fireplaces in master bedroom and living room. The condo was decorated for Christmas in every room. Located within easy walking distance of downtown. Very nice screened-in porch overlooking the river.
