Welcome to High Tide at Spring Harbor, a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom top floor condo in Downtown Charleston. Unwind on the porch after a sun-soaked day at the beach, then gather around the stylish mid-century dining table for a laid-back dinner. This stunning apartment seamlessly blends sophistication with the charm of historic downtown Charleston. Imagine everything you desire for your perfect getaway—this home has it all!



The Space:

This unit sleepsup to 7 guests: 2 in each of the bedrooms (3 bedrooms total) and 1 on the full-sized pull out couch. The primary bedroom contains a king-sized bed and the two additional bedrooms contain queen-sized beds.



Off-street parking for one car is included.

Parties and events are not allowed at this property.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by more than four (4) unrelated people. This does NOT apply to families.



High Tide at Spring Harbor is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06600



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the front door through the keypad. The door code is given prior to the day of arrival.



The property is the second floor condo of a duplex that contains 3 bedrooms total.



Off-street parking for 1 car is included.



Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk (King Street is 6 blocks away) but far enough to not keep you up all night.

20 minutes from any of the local beaches (Folly Beach, Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms)



Getting Around:

The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 3 blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Pets are NOT Allowed:

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



This is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.



️ Noise Notice:

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



‍ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.



If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.



Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.



Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.

    The location of the property is great. Walkable to King street. Communication with property managers was good. It was pretty noisy with street noise and bachelor and bachelorette parties next door. Once we discovered the sound machine that helped. Loved Charleston and would come back.

    Overall the place was great, served our purposes and our location was perfect for us, we love to walk. So many amazing restaurants, bars, bistro's just in the neighbourhood. Kitchen needs baking sheets. We tend to cook in the morning and some dinners, these would have been very helpful. Otherwise the kitchen worked great, sorry about the fridge!Check in at this location as with other Vrbo's was not smooth. Why, lockboxes and codes that don't work. This needs to be seamless. Calling after hours, after a long day of travel because you can't enter your unit is not acceptable. Lucky for us there was decent communication, this is not always the case. Customers need to be able to get in the door easily. Outside lighting would also be helpful, just saying!Would we come back, yes if you will have us. Loved your city!

    We had a great stay. Location was a short walk to King Street. It was also a short ride to the Historic district and a short ride to the plantation’s in Mont Pleasant. Great central location for all attractions. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. The living space was a little smaller than photos lead to believe. However, perfect for just crashing at night. We were on the go all weekend so it worked out great!

    We had a great stay. When we arrived we were missing some bedding for a pullout couch and there weren’t any pans to make dinner, only 2 pots. Even though it was 9:30 they brought us what we needed right away. Everyone was so friendly and responsive. The location was nice. It is just under 1/2 miles from king st activities. There is a great market right up the street with everything you could need. Great selection, great wine, and great prices too! The upper unit of this duplex was spacious and comfortable! Thank you!

    This property was a great spot for our group. Just a short Uber ride away from anywhere we wanted to go. We were also able to walk to a selection of restaurants in less than 20 minutes. Property was very clean and property manager was prompt with their responses. We’d stay again!

    Keycode did not work upon arriving. Had to call to have it reset. No instructions given to lock door with keypad. Instructions in booklet in unit do not match instructions given via text 24 hrs before arrival. Property mngmt was very friendly and helpful. Unit lacks supplies ie-frying pans, body wash, dish cloths or sponges to wash dishes. Wifi network did not work had to call . Dirty used linens in cabinet in living room and on wardrobe in master bedroom. Tables were dirty in back bedroom. Per air conditioner instructions temp was not to be set under 70 degrees or line will freeze. It was set at 66 when we darrived.

    The location was perfect! The place was clean and really nice. The only issue we had was the passcode didn’t work when we got there and we had to leave a voicemail with the office and wait for them to get back to us to get it reset when we got there. It took about 45 minutes. Otherwise, it was a great stay. No issues!

    The location of this place was great! The property was very clean and tidy, comfortable and with good supplies. The major drawback that was not really addressed in the listing is the parking situation. It is difficult at best when there is someone occupying the upstairs and the downstairs units because it is very tight without much room to navigate. We were asked by the other occupants to come move cars around because they couldn't get out on their side. The other issue is the WIFI, it connected but was extremely slow. some of us actually got faster service taking it off of WIFI depending on who our carrier was, and then the door lock did not work correctly and it usually took several attempts to get it to stay locked. I will say that they were efficient in handling our AC problem. The AC went out on a Sunday afternoon but they were able to get it fixed quickly by that night which we were very grateful for because it was HOT! It was a good place to stay for a few days to see the downtown area but because of the parking I wouldn't want to stay there for a longer vacacion
