The Space:

Check-in isa breeze with the convenient keypad on the front door. You'll find all beds outfitted with comfortable mattresses and pillows, along with freshly made beds and clean towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room, complete with detergent. We also provide paper products, hotel-quality bath amenities, mini dish/laundry detergents, a hair dryer, and an iron with an ironing board.



Guest Access:

The entire house is yours to enjoy, offering privacy and the freedom to make yourself at home.

Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement

For stays longer than 10 days, we kindly require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout your visit.



The cost for this cleaning is the same as the standard cleaning fee and will be requested upon check-in. We’ll be happy to coordinate a date that works best for you to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.



Interaction with Guests:

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.
