Stayed Sep 7, 2025Great location, close to beach and downtown. 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, living room, kitchen and dining on main level and master bed and bath on lower level with laundry. Very spacious with room for all. Only issue was with the dryer which had a lint screen that didn't fit the machine and caught and twisted a shirt. Overall a great property.

Stayed Sep 2, 2025Wonderful, spacious condo. We were visiting to relax and fish off the jetty. Fishing was poor due to weather (and our skill levels) but this place was very convenient to the beach and town. We would visit again.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025We brought our grown kids and their kids up for a family weekend stay. The location was great with many things walkable in the development like the pools and the park. We rented a golf cart in town and enjoyed buzzing around to all the local sites that Manistee has to offer, including the awesome 5th Street beach. Amenities in the unit were great, and they thought of a few extras like beech chairs, and a gas grill. Would stay again.
