Charlevoix Waterfront Condo in the Heart of Charlevoix at it's Best

Property was clean, comfortable and very well appointed (including hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes). Location was great! Neighbors were quiet. Shops, restaurants, park, waterfront, farmer’s market and grocery store all about a five minute walk away. Very nice to get groceries or take out from the restaurants and eat on the deck while watching the boaters come in and out. Also easy to have a picnic in the park. (Nice options during covid era). Also nice to walk through neighboring areas or out to the pier/lighthouse at sunset. Day trips to Harbor Springs, Traverse City and the Mackinac Island ferry were all about an hour or so drive. Highly recommend this location!

The property is beautifully situated right on the marina. The deck offers an opportunity to just relax and watch the boats come and go. We could easily walk everywhere in town. Only a block from the grocery store and a block to the best restaurant in town. Condo is very comfortable, clean and well stocked.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Mary’s place. We received a warm welcome with thoughtful touches for us and our young daughters. The place was very comfortable and the location outstanding. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the activity in round lake. The pool was excellent (although not heated so keep that in mind for when you visit) and we used it once or twice a day. All in all, we had a wonderful time and throughly enjoyed the condo.

Great host, I was there for about a month they checked often to see if anything was needed they even offered to take my kids wake boarding. I would definitely stay there again !

This property is perfect. Wonderful water views and a PRIME location just steps from Downtown Charlevoix. All of this was in the listing but WOW, I didn’t expect the cutest town, parks, and the nicest people! Our host had everything ready to go and even left the most thoughtful welcome note and treats. We were traveling with our 3 year old and 2 year old. The steps on the property took a while to navigate with two little ones, but the location was so great, we didn’t even mind! Wonderful, wonderful property. We’ll be back!!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay in Charlevoix. Unit was ready early, so we were able to check in early. Great location with both water and park view. Walk to town, grab a bite and eat in the park. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Extremely comfortable. Jacuzzi shower was a bit awkward, but useable. The only downside was the pool was advertised when unit booked 2 weeks before checkin, however two days before checkin, we were told pool had not been prepped for season yet. It was one reason we choose this place. The pool, empty when we arrived, was filled up by the last full day we were there, so we enjoyed it some.

My kids and I rented this beautiful two bedroom condo while in town visiting family. I was so happy upon our arrival to see how clean and cute the condo was. I loved all the decorative touches. It felt like I was staying at a friend’s. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including detergent, soap and cleaning supplies. The location is also perfect for downtown shopping and restaurants. Mary was great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return here myself!

We had a fabulous time in this unit while enjoying a long holiday weekend in Charlevoix. Enjoy the view of Charlevoix city harbor and the various boats coming in an out. One of the best features about this unit is its proximity to downtown - it is a short stroll to all the best resturants and shops. The unit was clean, accurately described, and well stocked with all the necessities. Would stay again!
