Stayed Apr 1, 2024Our stay was abruptly canceled by the owner 3 hours prior to arrival. There was no communication or warning of the cancellation. Once we finally heard from the owner, who had zero remorse, didn’t even realize we were going to be guests for the week. She thought she had guests the following week. This was not a good feeling traveling down 95 without a place to stay during Spring Break. We were forced to find a hotel for the night and then a new place to stay for the rest of the week. This is all during Spring Break for most of the south. The customer service for VRBO leaves a lot to be desired. They do not assist promptly, cannot answer questions, and lack clear communication skills. I will no longer be using VRBO.
