Fantastic location walking distance to great restaurant options. Best part was quiet beach with no beach chair saving drill. Whenever we wanted to go to the beach which was steps away there were plenty of beach chairs. The 5 star reviews and property description are accurate.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Casa Caribe. The host was helpful and assisted with any questions we had. The condo is spacious, clean and well maintained. We can not wait to return!

Nice 3rd floor condo well located on 7-mile beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. 1/2 mile walk to the grocery store and shops. 1/2 mile walk to the gym. Super easy to catch a taxi or “Public Bus” transport on the road right outside the complex. We did not rent a car. Did not need one. Owner and property management group friendly and helpful. Comfortably stayed here with 6 adults. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the BEST vacation my family and I have taken! Mike’s property was beautiful and clean. Close to everything but still quiet.The corner lot gave privacy but we could still watch the ocean from the balcony.There was nothing we needed, coolers were supplied, footballs, frisbees and plenty of towels.I would stay here again and again.

The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed including a football for the beach! They made it so easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach!!

Location was stellar. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach, we saw a sting ray, turtle and loads of different kinds of fish. I wish we had packed a beach bag in our suitcase...while the unit came with two cooler bags, I really wished we had a bag to hold towels and other items. The complex was very quiet, which we loved. Chairs and shade for everyone on the beach, all of the time. We walked to Luca for dinner one night and picked up dinner from other places -- all within walking distance. Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were very modern with great water pressure.

What a great stay at Casa Caribe! Beautiful condo with all the comforts of home. Very private and well kept. The space was perfect for our family of 5. Walking distance to amazing restaurants. Highly recommend!

Casa Caribe was an awesome place for our family vacation! Plenty of room for six adults to spread out. The property is completely updated, clean, and on a great quiet part of 7 mile beach.Mike was an excellent communicator, the staff was friendly, nothing but good things to say about this place!

Mike is a great host and the property is perfectly placed in the middle of seven mile beach. So much room for everybody in the condo and so close to the beach. Sitting on the beach chairs watching the sunsets will never get old. And waking up and lounging in the huge screened in balcony, so good. Can’t wait to go back!

We received a lot of communication before our stay, which helped make our arrival smooth. The condo is beautiful and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that was on property at night, and spent the rest of the time on the beach just 20 steps up from our room. We will recommend this property to our friends and family!

Words like wow, unbelievable, absolutely gorgeous, amazing views, well-appointed, friendly staff and location, location, location are just a few that describe this penthouse unit on the beach. But as a traveler reading this review you want to know the real deal, so let's get into it! 1. The owners of this unit are just good people. They are accommodating, responsive, and truly want your stay the be the very best it can be. 2. The location of this condo on 7-Mile Beach is unparalleled-it is literally located on the finest part of 7-Mile Beach. The beach is uncrowded and the waters along the complex are some of the clearest and calmest on the island. Beachcomber reef is a short swim away and there are always plenty of umbrellas and chaise lounges available for your use. 3. This is a penthouse unit with spectacular views of the ocean. We believe it is THE BEST unit in the complex. It was recently renovated and beautifully decorated and the photos online do not do it justice! There were 7 (5 of them between the ages of 19-23) of us on our trip and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we had plenty of room for all of us. The owners thought of everything when remodeling! One of the coolest things about this unit is that it doesn't share a wall with any other unit and is on the top floor so there is no one above you...because of this, it is always quiet! And that view? We're still talking about it..
