Carriage Cottage- in the Heart of Everything Delaware

Carriage Cottage was very charming. The property was very clean and the hosts provided amenities such as snacks and bathroom items. A lovely place to stay in Delaware, Ohio close to shops and dining.

Loved the location! Everything was in walking distance to downtown and the college campus! This little apartment suited our needs perfectly and we hope to book it again in the near future.

The wife and I had a great time on our anniversary. The cottage was beautiful and the area was a lot of fun. Will definitely consider staying again.

The property was exactly as listed and was just what we were looking for in Central Oh while we were in the area visiting family and friends.

Visiting relatives that live just outside of Delaware. It was a quick drive to them and then we had our own space at night which was very nice. Great location to downtown and very clean too. We will book again next time we’re in town!

This was my second time at this location. Great place - walking distance from shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Loved all the extras including some snacks. Will return when in the area again.

The house was immaculate, lots of little helpful details as well, from a binder of information to items like toothpaste if you forgot your own, and snacks (which made my college student immensely happy). If anything was amiss, the property owner responded immediately. You can see Smith Hall from the porch so that was a huge plus! I wish check in was a bit earlier than 4 pm. We will definitely be back again.

The Host is honestly what made the stay amazing. there was a little noise in the middle of the night due to the college kids , but once my employee said something to them it quieted down.

We enjoyed our time at the carriage cottage. Check in was easy and the house was clean. My wife really liked the little face wipes!
