Wonderful 2nd floor apartment that was very clean, in a great location, includes off street parking, fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, great wi-fi signal and excellent host communication. Highly recommend!

The area is perfect, with so many cute shops and restaurants within walking distance and the outlet malls a short drive away! Every year my bestie and I look forward to our mom get away at this wonderful location!!

When we arrived and got into the apartment it was very clean and well kept.The owner of the property made sure that we received all necessary information for check in and made sure to respond quickly with any questions we had, as well as checking in to see if we needed anything. Overall would recommend and stay again if in the area.

This is our 3rd year staying at this house. Its always very clean. Jennifer does a great job communicating and always checks in to make sure everything is ok.

We stayed overnight following a concert in Columbus. The place was nice and located in a convenient location. It was close to restaurants and downtown.

My daughter and I were in town to attend an Ohio Wesleyan admitted students event. The property was as advertised and captured the vibe of Delaware. The location was perfect - we walked everywhere. Communication with Jennifer was spot on. My daughter felt at home which was important when trying to pick where she will live for the next four years. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with four friends for the Arnold Expo 2025 and had a wonderful time! Highly recommend if ever in Delaware, Ohio!

This is a very nice two bedroom one bath upstairs apartment in the downtown Delaware neighborhood. Within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and cozy with a full kitchen and large bathroom and bedrooms. It also has a full size washer and dryer. The host was quick to respond to any questions and had good recommendations for places to dine at. Highly recommend staying here.

From booking to checkout, we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the customer service and accommodations of this location. There’s no room for improvement as everything regarding our stay was perfect. Conveniently located to short driving destinations along 23 or a very short stroll to shops and eateries in historic downtown Delaware. I highly recommend!

We were in Town for a family wedding. This property is location, location, and location. Walking distance to everything that Delaware has to offer. Close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This weekend was the car show event as well. OWU is a short walk to campus. The condo is clean, comfortable, and a home away from home-with all the necessities. Definitely a place to stay for future trips. 10/10 Excellent!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rental was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's great to have so many options for restaurants within easy walking distance.

The property was in the perfect part of Delaware OH for easy access to my nieces wedding. The host was gracious and easy to work with and the property was just as described. We slept well in the comfortable beds and relaxed in the kitchen living room area during the day. It is one block from everything you would need in a small town Main Street.

This was my second year staying at this home. Jennifer is a perfect hostess and makes sure your stay is as comfortable as it can be. The house is very clean and the beds are super comfy. I'll be back next year.

Only in town for one night. Check-in /out was easy. The space was so nice—elegant. Close to lots of dining options. Would definitely stay again.
