Stayed Sep 12, 2025Wow.. what a way to spend the weekend with my adult kids. The condo was well laid out and located within minutes of the beach and all the local to dos. A couple things popped up, but the owner was quick with solutions that got us on track quickly. Overall awesome experience.. thank you..

Stayed Apr 2, 2025The condo is spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. There were even games available for the kids to play. The views were beautiful and the location is close to everything. I would love to return in the summer months.

Stayed Dec 5, 2024We have stayed twice at this location. The condo is perfectly appointed, the views are beautiful and it is close to downtown Manistee. The owner is very quick to respond to any inquiry you might have. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024The location of the condo was excellent. I wish I would have known it was 3 floors as I had 2 elderly people with me and they had trouble with the stairs. Also we had some issues with the cleanliness and the thermostat. But the owner was super nice and responded quickly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We love Harbor Village and Manistee. There are lovely views from numerous windows - peekaboo view of Lake Michigan from master bedroom that also has a small deck off it to watch sunset or view star. Another quiet, private deck with pond view off living room. Plenty of kitchen items. Owner responsive to inquiries. Enjoyable visit.Only a few minor cons: While condo was generally clean, the carpet is very much in need of cleaning or replacing . .especially on 1st set of stairs. A floor mat at the entry door might be helpful. Musty smell throughout condo. Hot tub at outdoor pool inoperable . .I was told it had been that way all Summer . . this is not the owner's fault - HOA needs to get it fixed-caution tape up but little kids could easily fall in if not being watched. Very dangerous.
