This lovely 3BR/2BA condo is nestled in the desirable Palmilla Beach Resort. Walk right onto the beach via the boardwalk, or lounge by the on-site pool. Unwind in the nautically inspired interior, chock full of luxury appointments. When you’re ready for sun, take a 6-minute stroll to the sandy beaches of the Gulf.

This condo is perfect for family group vacations, with a convenient ground-floor location and kid-friendly sleeping arrangements that include a bunk room with a 37' TV and an Xbox.

LIVING AREA

An open floor plan, beautiful tile floors, and high ceilings throughout create an inviting environment. Relax on plush furniture in the living room and enjoy a movie on the TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The stylish kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island for three. Eat together in the elegant dining area that seats six.

BED & BATH

Walk right out to the patio from the primary bedroom, which features a king bed, 39' smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers another king bed.

Kids will love the two twin-over-twin bunk beds in the third bedroom! An additional full bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The covered outdoor patio is the ideal spot to unwind. Enjoy the breeze at the table for four.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. The Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla offers VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities.

For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens.

The shops and eateries in Port Aransas are only an 8-minute drive.

The Corpus Christi International Airport is 35 miles from the resort. Visit the famous Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington in downtown Corpus Christi.

For outdoor adventure, take the kids to Robert’s Point Park -- home to a large playground and the perfect spot to catch sunsets or cast a line at Keeper’s Fishing Pier.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

    I stayed 7/1 - 7/7. This is the 3rd condo I've stayed in at Sea Gate and my stays have always been great except this past week. It was hot in the condo and extremely hot in the bedrooms. The ceiling fan in the primary bedroom makes a grinding noise constantly. The fan light will turn on by itself at various times thru day/night. The ceiling fan in the other king bedroom did not work at all. I think if the temp in the condo is not allowed below a certain degree this needs to be added in the listing and ceiling fans need to be in working order. This is the first time I've had this issue. I did contact guest services twice with no resolution. Other than that, we love staying at Palmilla...

    Place was great. Very nicely decorated/furnished. Some minor maintenance attention would make this a 5 star. Cleanliness was a 3/5. Shower leaked and had some mildew. Floor was sandy (beyond what is expected). Overall a good stay.

    Palmilla Beach is great. This property was lack luster. There was mold all over the master shower. The guest bath toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall. The microwave had double sided tape because the frame was broken. The dishwasher was FILTHY inside. The washing machine had a lovey ring of mold all over the entire grey door piece. The freezer door flings open and caught so many toes and legs. The master ceiling fan wasn’t working so we called maintenace. The next day, we returned to the fan working but ONLY if the light was on. We will come back to Palmilla, but not there. It was definitely not worth the cost we paid.

    House worked perfect for our family. It was a 10min walk to the beach through the dune crossover and 2min walk to the pool. No need to rent a golf cart, but a nice to have. The house had everything we need. The rooms were spacious and the decor was very nice. Loved the cooking books and comfortable pillows. It was a busy weekend so there were a lot of cars and golf carts everywhere at the beach. The staff was very attentive though and they were taking orders at the beach for drinks and even food - although I heard they were taking a long time.
