Breathtaking Oceanfront Sunrises in the Heart Of Kill Devil Hills

The unit was very clean and updated. Was exactly what you see in the pictures. We stayed with our 3 kids and the space functioned just fine. Having the beach right there was both great for the kids and for some fantastic sunrises. An added bonus was the when the tide was at its lowest point a shipwreck (Irma) appears right out in front of this unit. Very cool! Oh and every morning we saw dolphins from the deck. Great place to stay!!!

Great beach view, centrally located, so we were able to drive all the way north one day and then all the way south another. Had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable.

Upon arrival, we found the condo to be very clean and inviting. Everything was exactly as the listing said. We loved the ocean front location. Access to the beach was on the property. Excellent weekend getaway!!

Hosts extremely responsive! Great location. Hard to get down to beach due to sand piled very high. Seemed slightly overpriced for off season accommodations. But overall, highly recommend it.

This is a large, beautiful condo located a block from the main drag. Easy access to the beautiful beach, and lovely views from the condo. (the pics in the listing are accurate). The location is perfect for touring the National Seashore, or heading northward to Duck. The local host was extremely helpful.. we look forward to visiting again!

Nice condo right on the ocean. Just wish the weather was better. Noreaster came in so it rained all weekend. :(

Check-in and check-out were seamless! Zachary even reached out ahead of time to let me know the unit was ready early, which was a wonderful surprise. The space looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. Best of all was the incredible view—waking up to the sunrise each morning and the sound of waves crashing was absolutely serene.There were plenty of things to do nearby as well, like hiking the dunes at Jockey's Ridge State Park, visiting the aquarium, and exploring the Wright Brothers Monument. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure!

Our stay was fantastic. Coffee on the balcony was my favorite part. My family and I had a wonderful week.

The place is as advertised. Photos are accurate. And it’s right on the beach. Place was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4. I would recommend staying here to other families.

The views are fantastic here! We loved the snack basket and having the linens and towels included. The owners were very responsive. The luggage lift didn’t work, which wasn’t their fault. Everything was clean except the floors. They didn’t look dirty, but our feet were black within a few minutes of arriving. The unit is very convenient to the pool and beach. Our family enjoyed our stay.

We booked this lovely condo for early June. Condo was just like the pictures - updated with all of the conveniences you need for a week at the beach. Loved the balcony overlooking the ocean and how convenient the location was to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is amazing, the pool is refreshing and the living area is modern. The hosts were very responsive. We were a little surprised there was no beach gear available, the grill is rusted through and the couch is pretty worn in.

We had a wonderful time! Our condo was perfect! It was very clean and just enough space for our family of five. The beach is exclusive to the people who stay in the condo. We really appreciated that! We got locked out of our room when the battery died in the door’s access panel, but the property manager came over and very quickly replaced the battery. We had the nicest conversation, too! She’s amazing! We definitely will stay here again! Thank you for your kindness and the use of this beautiful condo.

This condo was a great place to stay during our trip to KDH. Weather was lackluster but there is plenty to do so we were able to enjoy ourselves. Place is close to all you would need and right on the beach. We would stay here again, no doubt. Only cons I would note: master bed is creaky and pretty uncomfortable IMO and the laundry machine is noisy so I would avoid running it before bed, I made that mistake. Pros: location- it can't be beat, stocked with all the basics, luggage elevator was a nice convenience.

My wife and I were here for 4 days and it was a very nice condo in a fabulous location. Easy walk out access to the beach. The condo had a lot of nice features and was comfortable. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. The stretch of beach it is on was not crowded. Great communication with the owners and they were willing to assist with any issues we had (but we didn’t have many; the condo was in good shape). We’ll definitely consider coming back here.

We loved everything about our stay here! It was the perfect location for us as we wanted to visit the Wright Brother’s Memorial and also enjoy some beach time. The condo was well appointed and the little basket of snacks was a nice added touch that we really appreciated.

We do an annual mom and daughters trip and this year we stayed in Kill Devils Hill. We loved listening to the ocean at night as we fell asleep. We had a great time!

This was the perfect off season getaway. We specifically chose this unit over another unit because it was 50% off. My granddaughter, 2, had an amazing time. This was her first trip to OBX.The condo was really nice and the view was spectacular. The luggage lift saved our backs! Overall, the rating is five stars.Communication with the owner was effortless. The light on the deck did not work during our stay, but the owner tried to get it fixed. We just used candles. The only recommendation we have is it may be time to replace the mattresses. The king and twin bed were not comfortable at all. The king’s tag has a 2014 manufactured date. Thank you for sharing your condo! It was so great!

Off season stay, but SO great. Location is easily accessible and quiet. You do have to search your confirmation to find the condo number. The lift is great for luggage, but VERY slow. The VIEW - WOW!!!! Perfect. Saw dolphins almost everyday. The kitchen has all the appliances etc you need. Gates on the property that lead right out to the beach from the pool area. The only issue - the kids beds weren't the best for the adults. Highly recommend staying here!!!!

Excellent location. Condo was very clean and master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Stairs could be difficult for folks that have mobility issues. Luggage lift was definitely a plus.

The condo was lovely. The furniture was comfy, especially the bed. The couch could use a few pillows for back support. I am 5'3 and it was hard to get to the actual back of sofa...my feet were nowhere near the floor when sitting. ...WONDERFUL

We have stayed in Outer Banks for thirty years. With extended family. This was just the two of us for our 37th anniversary. A little chilly outside but views from condo were perfect!

Perfect location, perfect size for two people. Comfortable condo with everything you want for either a long or quick jaunt to OBX. Hosts were easy to communicate with and friendly. Eat beach access and awesome view from the master br, living room and balcony.

The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, making it incredibly easy to enjoy long days on the beach. The condo itself is on the 3rd floor, offering breathtaking views of the ocean from the spacious back deck. There’s even a luggage lift, which made getting our bags up a breeze. Inside, the condo feels brand new with a remodeled floor plan that’s both modern and cozy. The beach-inspired décor adds a wonderful coastal vibe, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. We loved how close we were to a variety of shops and restaurants—everything we needed was just a short walk or drive away. This condo truly has everything you could want for a beach vacation. Whether you’re watching the sunrise over the ocean from the deck or exploring the local spots, it’s the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the best of the Outer Banks. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. We can’t wait to come back and will certainly book again with them!

Property was nice but not overly impressed with the outer banks. I am vegetarian and it was difficult to find places to eat.

This condo has been nicely updated and is bright and comfortable. After some initial snags at the time of check in, it was smooth sailing the rest of our visit. Zach and Megan were very responsive to the issues we had and got them resolved quickly. We enjoyed our visit!

There was a tropical depression going on during our stay. So we got plenty of R and R during our stay. Which was very much needed. Great location and nice Condo.

This condo was spotless!! When we got there the cleaning lady was finishing up. She was a very sweet lady and even helped us carry stuff in. The best part of the stay was the beautiful view!!!! All of us couldn’t get enough of that! Beds were comfortable, washing machine in condo you couldn’t use but I was already aware of that and they still had washer and dryers down on the main floor. Kitchen had everything you needed. The luggage lift was a big help. The pool was nice and the property was very quiet and felt very safe. Lots of parking. We appreciate the owners welcoming us In their home!!

This was a great place to stay, seconds away from the beach, wasn’t crowded this September. The bed was comfortable, it was just the two of us so we didn’t utilize the bunk beds, but it was nice to have two bathrooms. The only suggestion I have is more toilet paper and paper towels along with bath towels and washcloths. Otherwise perfect

Great location. Place had nice remodel. It was steps from the beach and close to great palaces to eat. Also food store was close by. Highly recommend it.

The location of the property is wonderful! It's also nice that the primary suite has it's own bathroom. Negatives of the property include mold in the primary suite that is visible and concerning, the shower in the primary suite is soooo small. The beds were not made when we arrived and there are only two towels given per bedroom, which would not be a problem, however, the washer and dryer was out of order during our stay. If I was return this area, I would stay at the property next door: The Croatan Surf Club. The cost of the property is overpriced for the quality and amenities provided. The owner was very responsive when I contacted her with any questions.
