Stayed Apr 24, 2024The property is everything you want. Right on the beach with balcony views and the sound of the waves. The room was very comfortable and attractive. The garage is a little dark and scary but protected from weather. The pools are great. The only problem was a resident that was rude and confrontational because we were unloading a handicapped person and he didn't want to go around. The desk clerk was very helpful. All around lovely place to stay.

Stayed Sep 4, 2020Great property very old fashion! Think grandmas deco! Nice and clean! No WiFi, contacted manager she answer first call, then Stopped answering the phone! Disappointing with 2 pre teens no WiFi! Floor on the balcony in breaking up need to wear shoes on balcony! Great views, beautiful beach!

Stayed Jul 13, 2020The location was ok but a very long walk to the beach. Front desk staff treated “owners” vs “renters” differently. Needed a list of restaurants that would deliver to the condo or who were doing take out.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve been staying in PortA for the last 30 years (and before that I stayed there with my parents for about 20 years). Aransas Princess is, by far, the nicest place we’ve ever stayed on the island. The staff is awesome!! They brought us a replacement coffee pot within 15 minutes of us alerting them to the one in our unit that wasn’t operating correctly. They actually enforce the “10:00 pm quiet time rule”!! And the whole place is secure and clean! We will definitely be returning and bringing more family and friends with us!! Thank you Aransas Princess!!!
