Repair holes in the walls in the bathroom

We would definitely stay there again. It was very clean and a 15 minute walk from downtown Columbia. Owner responded to text messages very quickly. That said, here are minor issues: 1) A member of our group who is used to sleeping in the quiet of a rural area was bothered by traffic noise. It's near a relatively busy street. It didn't bother me. 2) All the bedrooms are on the third floor. It didn't bother me but it might be an issue if you have a lot of luggage or someone is elderly 3) Oddly, the hanger bars in all the closets were removed. There was no place to hang your clothes. 4) The door on the hall bathroom didn't latch closed.

Very close to Mizzou. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Bonus to be able to park in private garage.

Worked out great visiting for moms weekend

Unfortunately with found glass chips and pieces on the main floor from previous guests when we arrived. We cleaned it up ourselves. Owner offered nothing but a “I’m sorry” our cleaner must not have seen it.

Good location to town but not really walkable in this summer heat. The house is spacious but there has certainly been a lot of wear and tear.

Everything was clean and convenient! Only thing that could have made it better was coffee- there were 2 coffee pods for 6 adults :)

This was a perfect place for a weekend in CoMo. The place is super functional and comfortable. Love the ease of parking 3 cars (and the fact that there is also on street parking). The host is responsive and helpful too. Would certainly stay here again!!

We needed our visiting colleagues to be close to campus and have a lot of space to spread out. This fit both needs.

Nice condo. Location ok, but close to MIZZOU. Only suggestions: something in the closets to hang a hanger & Kleenex in the bathrooms.

Nice place. Suited our needs. Minor detail was that we didn't have a place to hang dress clothes in the closet. There were towel holders that needed repair but overall this was a really nice place. Beds were fantastic!!!!

Our family was in town for a track meet. The location near campus was perfect and the check in and check out process was perfect!!

This was the most perfect VRBO experience. The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, new, spacious, bright natural light, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and painless. Parking in the 2 car garage was easy and helpful. The host was thoughtful and helpful. I would Absolutely stay here again.

Great location, fantastic property, super relaxing, love the cleanliness, fast and easy communication, will definitely stay there again when our dates line up with availability! We looked for our next stay and unfortunately the dates didn't match up. LOVED the surprise touch in the kitchen - that was actually a huge difference maker for us!

This beautiful property provided a perfect stay during our son's Mizzou graduation weekend. Location was great, and the home was clean and stocked with everything that we needed.

Was just east of downtown. Easy access and great spot for the Mizzou football weekend. Lots of steps but property as described. Big 2 car garage and driveway parking great for the 3 couples there.

As advertised, very clean and great communication and response from owner. We will stay again when back in the area.

We stayed one night for a cross country race. The condo was very nice, quiet, great location!! No problems with getting in and communication was easy and rapid. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful condo! Perfect for our weekend. You can see there are some upgrades in process (wall hooks, closet bars) but we had everything we needed! Very clean, beautifully decorated, all the amenities. Will stay here again!

I live in Missouri, but I didn’t feel like driving long distance so Columbia was the best choice for me. My stay was amazing location was great minutes from everything. It was my 62nd Birthday and is was everything clean accommodating and refreshing. I will definitely be backover a

My husband, teen, and I stayed here for our older daughter’s wedding weekend. The location is fantastic for easy access to downtown Columbia and MU campus. Street noise can be loud but the host thoughtfully provided white noise machines in each bedroom. Kitchen had basics for cooking and plenty of dishware and glasses. We loved the goodies basket and coffee/tea selection. There are two flights of stairs to the main level and two more flights to the bedrooms, so keep that in mind for luggage or mobility issues. We also discovered no way to hang clothes because all closet rods and hooks have been removed. We found a rod in the laundry area and used that for all of our wedding attire but not enough room for anything else. There are plenty of cubes for clothes that can be folded..We were very happy with the family space, comfortable beds, and great primary shower. We would stay here again.
