Located above a quiet retail shop on Sunset, enter through the street-level door and walk up thestairs into the unit. Entering the living area, with plenty of seating and a Smart TV, the open concept flows into the dining space set up for six and the fully equipped kitchen. With full-size appliances, the recently updated kitchen features a microwave, toaster oven, blender, dual Keurig & Drip coffee maker, farmhouse sink, and butcher block island. 



Meander down the hall to the guest bedroom with two twin beds, Smart TV, and closet. Further down the hall is the recently updated guest bath with a tile tub. At the end of the hall, enter the spacious King bed master suite with another Smart TV. The ensuite bath features a tile shower and double-sink vanity.  There is a queen sleeper sofa located in the great room.



 Pets allowed. Two small dogs under 25lbs or one dog up to 45lbs. Nonrefundable pet fee plus tax of $112.75 per dog.
