The condo was centrally located and very convenient to everything we wanted to do/see. It was beautifully decorated, squeaky clean, very well equipped with extras like books, games, beach chairs, and everything you could need in the kitchen. The furnishings and bed were so cozy and comfortable and the oceanfront view was spectacular- absolutely loved it!! Our host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay again!

Great view of the ocean. Being an end unit is a real plus. Very comfortable and pleasant surroundings. We’d love to go back. Jocely was great at communication.

Beautiful home, view and location. Home had everything we needed, view and sunrise is breathtaking, and everything is close by. Even got to see dolphins swim by a few days.

This was a short getaway. We had hoped for some nice weather, and even though that did not really happen, we enjoyed our time at the beach. This is one of the best appointed beach properties I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was so very well equipped. The only thing I did not find was a small strainer, but a lot of people don’t have those in their houses. I would also like to have had a listing of local television stations and directions on how to get to those channels so that we could catch up on local weather, etc. The cleaning service was well done. The linens were much better than what I sometimes have had. The furniture was comfortable for sitting around on all day rainy days, and, of course, that area of the beach is filled with shopping opportunities.

This condo was wondeful for our trip to the OBX and had everything needed for our family. It was a very short walk to the beach, and the pool was great for afterwards. My 2 year old LOVED the kiddie pool, since she could swim from side to side. The rental was well stocked and described/listed very accurately - would definitely stay again!

This condo has some nice recent upgrades in the kitchen and living areas. Ocean views even from the ground floor! Great location. The owners are very responsive to questions.

This was our first time in OBX. We came to relax and get some peace after the death of my Mom. It was just what we needed. The place was clean and very comfortable. Being right on the water was the best part. A short walk to the beach. I will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful weekend at this condo. It is clean and updated. The location and view of the ocean is perfect. We would definitely return!

The condo is everything that is advertised, even better. Most of the windows look out onto the ocean, the place was clean, spacious and we were able to have a relaxing time. Even though it is up a flight of stairs, there is an elevator in the building making it very accessible.

We got our much needed rest. The unit is steps away from the ocean allowing us to hear the soothing sound of each wave.

This unit is absolutely amazing! The views are unobstructed, the property grounds are very clean, quiet, and the staff is amazing! The unit is exactly as described and seen in photos. This was the perfect getaway.

The property was exactly as depicted/described…. It is beautifully decorated and very well maintained/cleaned. Proximity to the beach = on it. Views cannot be beat. One of the nicest condos I’ve stayed in at the OBX. The owner was very responsive to questions. Went down to fish and write my wedding vows. Had a great time doing both. Highly recommend.

The place was very cute, a little musty when we got there, then I saw bugs! I know they are what people call water bugs, but bugs are bugs!! Can't stay in a place like that.

Host has thought of almost everything a person could need. Loved the location, the view, the balcony, the beach access.

The property was exactly as advertised. Our trip was a last minute booking to make up for getting rained out by a hurricane earlier in the month, and we couldnt have stumbled on a better spot. Don't let the curb appeal of the building fool you, this unit is fully updated and fit our needs perfectly. The pool is well maintained and the beach access is convenient. We will be booking again for any trips to KDH.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our last minute mini vacation. From the ocean front views, location and wonderful beachy decor this was a win win all the way around for our family of four. We had a great time and can't wait to book our next visit.

This place was absolutely AMAZING. Communication with the owner was perfect. Condo was spotless and exactly as described and represented in the photos. It would not be possible to be closer to the beach. You are literally on the dune from the balcony, which is much more like your own personal deck. There were only 4 (me, my mom & my 2 daughters) but there were plenty of dishes as well as a coffee bar. The owner had supplied so much more that is in her listing. There were beach chairs and toys, puzzles and books & movies. There were spices in the cabinet. The pool was awesome with plenty of chairs and umbrellas as well as a restroom at the pool so you don't have to run back to the condo. It was just really a wonderful place to stay & if we go back to the outer banks we will definitely be staying here again.

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 nights during May 2024. It was the best beach vacay we've had. I reserve my 5-star ratings for the best of the best, and this property earns it! This was the only property we've stayed in that looks better than its pictures. Everything was clean and safe. Nothing was broken. The property is fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacay, including board games, beach chairs, and complementary, unlimited K-cups for the Keurig machine. You're less than 100 feet from the waves. We could see dolphins swimming in the waves from our balcony! Many great restaurants and attractions are less then 30min drive. The host Jocely is super friendly and responds to questions often within the hour. We absolutely loved everything about this unit. Totally recommended!
