Reviewer Comments: While the facility was nice, the fire alarm sounding in the middle of the night and the washing machine overflowing in the kitchen in living area led to some unexpected moments..both issues were fixed promtly and professionally.

The lay out works great for a small family.My only complaint was the queen size bed. The mattress is very hard. I know some people prefer that but for me and my husband, sleep was difficult. Other than that- big thumbs up for this spot!

We rented a one bedroom both times. We assumed this time the quality of the rental would be equal to the first. It was not so disappointing. We could not get the main TV to work. It took two maintenance men before it was taken care of. Both responded promptly. There was a substantial whistling sound coming out of the locked storage room in the condo. We called twice to have it corrected but no one showed. It was going full blast when we checked out.

However, we reported a water leak from Fridge, water heater kept beeping and it was never resolved. I had to walk through water in the kitchen all weekend. Bring your own pillows for master bedroom. Bring your own frying pan cause this unit only has one frying pan! Always food stuck to pan. Other than these hiccups, this unit was beautiful and amazing.

Reviewer Comments: Never having been to Cinnamon Shores, we were grateful the pictures, online reviews, friends’ descriptions, seeing and experiencing all that is offered was as it was said to be. While a view of the ocean would have been nice, the walk to and from the beach was close and relaxing - as were our walks around Cinnamon Shores North property. Because we found everything we needed on property, we even chose to enjoy our fine dining experience at Lizsbella’s rather than going into Port A... which is easily accessible. The green spaces offered lawn games, concerts, grills, fire pits, & 3 awesome and different pool areas. The staff in the registration area, realty, coffee/bakery shop, pool side bar, restaurant, & maintenance were all courteous, engaging, responsive, and eager to make our experience great. Our condo unit was perfect for the 2 of us, and provided appropriate kitchen items for our having the meals in we chose to have. With multiple college football games on, ease of watching TV was challenging and not available . Having a washer & dryer is always nice, however, checking the lint tray will be done next time prior to drying to ensure lack of sand from previous usage. Due to unforeseen/flooding weather conditions the day prior to and the day of our planned arrival, staff was able to and courteous about moving our day of arrival and departure forward for the amount of days we’d planned for. We will definitely return...bringing out-of-state family to enjoy a different & larger unit.

Only issue was that our door code lock wasn't working at first, but maintenance was able to fix it pretty quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great and it is stocked with everything you should need (both types of coffee pots, etc). However it looks and feels a little run down (comforters need cleaned, rug in master needs replaced or cleaned, dishwasher is not aligned so hard to close, ice maker runs poorly, etc). One of the bathroom doors needs switched too as they both swing in (from the bedroom and the living room) and smack into each other constantly (one should swing out instead of in). However the bed is very comfortable, the AC works great and is in a wonderful location.

We let management know and they sent over someone to help with a spray but it still smelt like smoke throughout.

Reviewer Comments: To start out, I want to say we had a great time for our stay, the beach and the pools were a lot of fun and renting everything was easy. However, upon arrival to our unit I immediately noticed it smelled like cigarette smoke. The facility is said to be entirely smoke free but it was overwhelming. I sent a message to the staff and she said they’d look into it. I didn’t hear back and sent another message and said something to the front desk the next morning. Still nothing so I made a comment when we were leaving and she said a manager would reach out. Someone from their “leadership” team did reach out after I emailed again when I got back and all of my children’s laundry also smelled of smoke. She tried to tell me that housekeeping went by and didn’t notice anything or that it could be the air freshener they have in that building?? No air freshener smells like cigarette smoke. They didn’t offer anything beyond an “I’m sorry” despite the fact that I was assured through their rental agreement that all units are smoke free. Ultimately it was just disappointing.
