Stayed Jul 22, 2023Enjoyed our stay, amenities were just right for the children. Owner's suggestions on restaurants were all on point. Owner was co-operative and informative with dialogue during the rental process. Special request - My daughter left her 4 year old daughter's bathing suits behind, she thinks in the middle drawer in the Master Bedroom. Is there some way you can check on that? We would gladly make arrangements and pay for shipping to her address. We would really appreciate that. Thank you

Stayed Jul 15, 2023The townhouse was very clean and in very good shape. We really enjoyed the screened in balcony area. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I do prefer a coffee maker over a Keurig, but it makes coffee just fine. As stated in the description, linens were not included but we used gale force rentals which is located about 5 minutes away so no need to pay extra for delivery.The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Kenneth is an excellent host and was quick to respond with any inquiries. The pool is nice and well kept, as well as the playground, tennis courts, etc... There's also a shuttle that takes you to the beach and area shops/restaurants. Overall it was a great stay and I'd highly recommend this property. My family and I had a great time there.
