Bethany Bay water-view condo with pool, on-site golf & sports courts access

Relaxing visit, beautiful view, plenty of space, clean with everything we needed for our weekend. Especially enjoyed our coffee on the screened in balcony.

Bathrooms in each room was a plus! Screened in balcony is so nice, no bugs and a wonderful breeze with the ceiling fan. The water view is calming and the sunrise was beautiful. When we first checked in there was sand on the couches and floors but bathroom and kitchen were nicely cleaned. The pull cords on the blinds were broken on a few blinds. No traditional coffee pot which I would have preferred. There was a keurig machine but no keurig pods. Dog friendly is great, they do need to have doggy trash cans outside though instead of having to go to the dumpsters. Overall nice stay.

This was the awesome beach vacation condo we had ever had before! Great property with all amenities, kitchenwares, and very new modern appliances. Great waterfront views from balcony. Plenty of sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon that cool down temperature inside the condo during the hot summer. Easy check-in process. Very stable WI-FI connection throughout our stay. The best part is the big, spacious and crystal clean community pool. Our kids loved it!

We were a family group of 3 couples and one toddler. The condo met our expectations, and the layout worked well for us. We enjoyed the east facing balcony that was shaded in the afternoon and evening. The kitchen was well equipped, but could use some reorganization, especially in the bottom cupboards. It was hard to find things and know where they belonged. The condo was quiet and comfortable. Vacasa needs to do better on the sheets and towels provided, but we addressed that with them.

The condo was fantastic. The owners clearly care about the property and the experiences of their guests. The only issue is the property management company that oversees the condo. We ran into a few issues that required working with Vacasa that showed how little their customer service team knows about the property. We would definitely stay at the property again, but we won’t stay at properties associated with the property management company.

The condo was beautifully furnished, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. The view was breathtaking and the community has all the amenities. We will be back!

Loved the location, the wildlife, the kayaking. Wonderful property but serious issues with Vacasa who manages the property.

The house was great, very comfortable, and had easy access to stores and the boardwalk. Very nice room set up! Loved that each room had its own bathroom. Lots of space and 10 people can sleep comfortably.

This home was well appointed and had everything we needed for a fun family vacation: games, amenities, and lovely views. Lots of space for everyone to relax. Highly recommended!

Family of 5 on a short, but needed getaway.

Probably the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in.

I stayed here with my cousins for spring break while we all participated in the Coastal Delaware Running Festival. This was the perfect place for all 5 of us! Each room had its own bathroom which was great. The view from this place is incredible! We all really enjoyed drinking our coffee and enjoying the view each day. I would book this place again in a heartbeat!
