Bethany Bay Third-Floor Condo with Pool, Tennis Court, & Board Games

This place not only has the best view but amazing beds, lovely pool, great AC, and has all the things you need for cooking and cleaning. The location is so close to Bethany, Rehoboth and many other beaches, outlets and restaurants. Our stay was great for our family and we definitely want to return.

Beautiful view, relaxing and quiet stay! Love the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was updated and modern. Close drive to stores and Bethany Beach. Lots of amenities on property. Would stay again!

The view and bird sounds were amazing. Completely calm, peaceful, and clean getaway. The pool was immaculate and a favorite of the kids.

So many great things about this property. The property has a gorgeous panoramic view of the bay and surrounding marshes. I left the blinds open to view the Sunrise each morning. Enjoyed all our time while at the property on the balcony. Inside there was plenty of room. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. A bathroom for each bedroom is an added plus. A newer washer and dryer are in the unit with very detailed instructions which was appreciated. The community is quiet, well maintained, does have a pool, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, we did not use these facilities but they are located close to this property. A 9 hole golf course is located throughout the neighborhood. Just a couple of things that kept this from being a 5 star. There is no where to wash any sand off near the entry of the property (I don't believe this to be something the owner can correct). There is a hose over by the kayak storage that you could use across the parking lot. We visited the end of May, while most of the basic cleaning was done, it's been a long time since a deep cleaning has been done. There were a few things with basic cleaning that made me question how well it was done. The balcony furniture is older and has been repaired but should be replaced. There is only enough seating for 4 people. The wifi was extremely slow and that was just for general personal use via cellphones. We missed having a few items in the kitchen (i.e. full size coffee mugs, they only have espresso size), but got by. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the property to family and friends.

The house was wonderful! Everything we needed…plenty of space, comfortable beds, all necessary kitchen cooking supplies and an absolutely stunning view of the Bay from the screened in patio! Also, the property was super quiet, which allowed for restful nights and peaceful days! Highly recommend! We will be back!

AHHHMAZING!! This place was not only clean and spacious, but the views took our breath away! From the convenience of the location to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, to the picture perfect finishes in the home, everything was top notch! If you're looking for a little getaway- this is the place! I'm not much of a golfer, but my boyfriend is, and we had a BLAST on the 9 hole course! It provided an added bonus to our Saturday morning that we hadn't even had in mind. A second and third bonus on top of the many many others, was that there was a full washer/dryer in the unit, which was a God send AND the phenomenal open floor plan and kitchen that looked like it was out of a magazine made us feel right at home! 10/10 would recommend you stay here and we will most definitely be back again and again!!!

Property suited our needs very well. Loved the view and location. The icemachine and freezer wasnt working very well though.
