Bethany Bay second floor condo with pool, high-speed WiFi, central AC, & W/D

We loved the quiet location, amazing view, walking paths, pool, and proximity to the beach and shopping. The apartment was comfortable, very clean, amd perfect for relaxing. It had everything we needed. Thank you!

Horrible from beginning to end. We arrived to the home and couldnt make lunch until we washed the leftover eggs from all the pans. We had to go out and buy trashbags as there were none at the home. Then during our second day the AC went out. We understand that this couldn't have been prevented, however the way it was handled by vacasa is infuriating. The ac stopped working at 5 pm and by 10pm I was still begging for help. We were left with two small children in an 80 degree condo. The next day finally I was promised window units- plural- and a credit. I received 1 unit that barely functioned and was not cooling the home, especially not the bedrooms. When I let vacasa know, they told me they would look into it. I begged again- please dont leave us here with no AC. It was still 80 degrees in the home. Again- no response and nothing was done. I spent 3 of my 5 days of vacation on the phone with vacasa and dealing with no AC. On the last day when checking out we received a laughable credit after having our 1200 vacation completely ruined. This is unacceptable, but again no one will call me back.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Would definitely stay here again!

I miss the couch already so comfy! Nice, peaceful location. Loved being able to walk to the pool and playground. Tennis and volleyball courts looked nice, although we didn’t use them.Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean. Only thing that was a bit disappointing, was there was heavy rain 2 days in a row followed by blue skies and sun! The pool (open 10-8) didn’t reopen after the storms. Not sure why? Just a sign that said “pool closed until further notice.” There’s probably a good reason, but lots of disappointed people standing at the gates wondering why….The pool is lovely when opened. The clubhouse sells drinks and ice cream.

#cesworld the title of our vacation which was wonderful and the dwelling sent it over the top. The beds was so comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all supplies needed even some seasonings. Plenty of space for cooking and dining. The washer/ dryer was so convenient. The pool, basketball court and play ground was a plus. No need to plan much more entertainment. The view from the dwelling was very romantic. Overall myself and my crew #cesworld developed more priceless memories and moments keeping Ces spirit alive and still kicking. My family means the world too me and I accept nothing but the best for us all. This dwelling is most definitely top 10. Thank you so much to the owners. We had a great time at this condo! Very clean and well prepared for guests. Felt like we were staying at a family condo and not renting one. Super close to the beach and boardwalk. We will be back!

Great stay in Ocean View. Quiet, clean and close to all of the beaches. Great couch if you get a rainy weekend like we did:)

The condo was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. It was much larger than I anticipated, and the views were stunning. Couldn't have asked for a better location.

My friends and I stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed our visit. Super clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. The view off the back deck is lovely, saw lots of wildlife. Bonus that it’s screened in because mosquitos love me. Great location, easy check in and out. Would recommend and stay again.

My son and I loved staying at this condo . The location was so quiet and it was so nice to sit out and drink my coffee in the morning in the screened in porch while watching the birds fly by . We also loved being able to play tennis together which was a great add on ! The couch was so comfortable and we felt right at home . Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one ! We have no complaints about this home. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. The community pool was also a nice addition to our stay.

Good place to stay, location is easy to find, parking right outside the condo for easy unloading of the car. Seemed like a quiet secure neighborhood. Lots of people out walking dogs, golfing, biking etc. The pool area with basketball and tennis courts is nice and well taken care of. Condo beds and couch were comfortable. Nice patio area with a good view. Overall I would recommend this place and would book again in the future.

Awesome space. The kitchen had everything we needed. 2 types of coffee makers. Great recreation area. We used the tennis courts every day!

Close to food and attractions. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. People friendly. Unit very nice. Clean. Did not use streaming channel. Would have preferred local tv. Would have liked more wash cloths and towels for bath and kitchen.
